I’m very disappointed. I moved and I’m in the process of looking for greats doctors in my area. I have always been a patient with the GW MFA in Washington, DC N.W where they have everything in 2 one big building. I found it very convenient but the doctors were great. I started to look for an Internal Medicine doctor and saw that this doctor has GREAT reviews. The 1 star is NOT because of the doctor but it is the fact that we are unable to schedule a appointment. I first called the number that was in my insurance book that I just got recently and the number to her office is OUT OF SERVICE. I proceeded to call the number online and I waited for hours over the phone and nobody picks up. It’s seems as if the phones are set on que to leave you on hold for hours. I called sporadically throughout the day and still never got through to a front desk rep. I was really hoping to schedule with this doctor based on her reviews but what good does it do if the phones are not working or nobody answers. SO disappointed. Please look into this and see if its the font desk or something internal that IT needs to address. Please see photo of the number that is listed for us to call from online. You will see my wait time from “just holding” and nobody never picked up.

trying to make an appointment now for 3 months and cannot get a live person on the phone this electronic mailbox that has been installed is terrible and will not allow you get make an appointment it just keeps repeating the same thing, guess i will have to find another doctor. TERRIBLE!

While making my appointment the staff started speaking with others. The staff scheduled my appointment incorrectly and made me schedule an additional appointment to address my issue.

Dr. Saggar is very sweet,helpful, and her bed side manner is very nice. I have had a lot of doctors but she is by far the greatest. she makes you feel at ease and she is fast but very thourough. GREAT DOCTOR ALL AROUND!!! I LIVE IN LAUREL MD AND TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO CLINTON TO SEE HER ANYTIME!

The staff is the best and the manager is do knowledgable about what the staff is doing. The doctor needs to be fulltime cause my appt has been rescheduled 6 timesa and that is ridiculous.
