Tasheem answered the phone for me today, and I will tell you that this lady was so professional and kind. She handled the call with such care and grace. I felt nothing but compassion coming from her from start to end. She is so good at her job, and you could tell she likes what she does. She has a connection that is immediately felt from when she answers the phone until she says goodbye. I am sad that I can't get an appointment because everyone is full, but I will keep calling periodically, simply because you don't find service like this often here in Maryland. So Tasheem, please keep up the good work!!!!! And don't ever let anybody take away your good personality and professionalism!!!!!!
