I was not comfortable with my therapist at all. I felt shame or embarrassment most of the time I was there that half the time I couldn’t quiet my mind enough to focus on what she was saying after triggering my anxiety. I just listened to a recording from her (her idea) and realized how totally inappropriate and unhelpful it was. I have been in therapy for over 20 years and this was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t respond to tough love and harsh approaches, I much prefer compassion and acceptance to motivate me to address my problems in and out of therapy sessions.

The "therapist" (Scrandis) made no effort to actually emphasize with your issues or understand your experiences.

I felt like the therapy helped address the underlying root of issues which had bothered me for years before deciding to work with Dr. Mookerjee, did not ask more than I was willing to put in through homework & exercises, and I especially liked that for anything I was trying to overcome I was always presented with multiple solution methods to try out. I believe that everything that I said was heard and addressed with care, as I can honestly say that based on the numbers, feedback, but most importantly how I feel, that I feel fantastic, my outlook and emotional core feels more whole than I can remember, and like a boulder of stress was taken off my shoulders. I truly appreciate the work done here, and I hope it works just as well for anyone interested.

Dr. Duarte is an angel on earth. I'm so grateful for her.

The first therapist did my intake, then "couldn't" see me because "insurance reasons." Then they could see me and then emailed me again saying "actually I can't see you but I'll let you know when I can" then never got back to me. Then, I'm assigned another therapist who wanted to "redo" the intake, saw me once and then never again. I was supposed to be seeing Kayla Scrandis (who calls herself a doctor but has the credentials for a Nurse Practioner). We had our initial appointment then needed to "think about your medications" and made me schedule a second appointment to even get my medications. However, she took me off ALL of my medications that were working and put me on medication that I specifically told her did not work. Then argues with me about my lifestyle and my job, yet she isn't paying my bills. Then when she started me on the medication that I told her wasn't going to work, she refuses to refill it. They ONLY want your money here, so watch out.

Everyone here is very friendly, caring and helpful. Have never had any issues or problems at this office.

I always feel better after seeing Erica. She is totally professional, but still has a calming and empathetic presence, and is a great sounding board.

Sought couples therapy and was only completed three appts over the course of three months. Assigned therapist was non responsive to complaints about appointment inconsistency. New clients should not be accepted if there is no availability to schedule.
