Midwife was great! Took the time to listen to my concerns and exam and testing were as comfortable as is possible. Definitely recommend.

I like the midwives, but won't be going back now that my pregnancy is over. Dr K, who is now gone, is horrible. He sent me to the hospital after looking at me for 5 seconds, he told me I was having contractions. I go to the hospital for 5 hours, find out I'm fine, and then get stuck with a bill. I should have listened to my own intuition. I felt rushed and forced to obey this guy. I hate that guy and I'm so glad he is gone. I had smooth prenatal care up until 36 weeks when I had to have Dr K, do NOT trust Louis Kokkinakos, MD. I don't know which slimy practice he went to next, but if you see him, stay far away!

I had my first OBGYN experience here, and I don't look forward to going back. The practice seems to have a great reputation, but I personally did not enjoy my experience. While it may be common knowledge that there will be an additional party in the room for teaching hospitals, I think there should be a courtesy call and reminder before the person walks in, and not while a patient is undressed. Humor can be appreciated, but it doesn't work for everyone, and doctors should be mindful of "spacious" jokes. The doctors and staff should expect a certain level of anxiety, and not consistently make that a point for new patients. One should feel comfortable- mentally and physically in any intimate setting, especially one that's required and beneficial. In addition, please be sure to listen to patients and give them a chance to explain why they refuse medication. Thanks. The provider for this day was Laura Lynch. I'll assume they had good intentions.

I have no idea what the experience for OB patients is like because I'm done having babies. But I just had my pelvic exam, and CRNP Lynch is a goddess. I'm damn near 40 and it was the least traumatic pelvic exam I've ever had. In fact I barely felt it. So for GYN care, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. For OB care, you should look for reviews from expectant mothers.

I had a great experience with my second child in 2021, but with my last child a few weeks ago, the care has gone downhill. Being in healthcare myself, I know how busy providers can be, so I feel that I have realistic expectations when it comes to time with providers, but this place made me feel like an annoyance and I rarely asked questions or had concerns. When I took my glucose tolerance test, the person at the lab front desk was terribly rude and unhelpful. Upon relaying this information to my provider, she tells me that “I don’t know what’s going on in her (lab employee) life” to make her rude. No “I’m so sorry that happened to you, what can we do to help, etc.” upon receiving my glucose test results, I even contacted signature about a lab error. The same rude employee gave me the glucose solution for the 3 h fasting test, not 1 hour. I contacted my provider to inform them of the lab error and no one even bothered to contact me back. This could have a huge implication on test results and someone possibly being dxed with GD who does not have it! I only gave 2 stars because my delivery (Dr. Cohen) was great as was the hospital staff.

Just try to call for an appointment prior to any decision making ! Believe me, that will talk for their entire quality of service.

Everyone was super nice and professional. Christine who checked me in made me feel comfortable and I loved my new doctor.

I have been coming to Signature OB/GYN since 2020 and had my first child with them. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, the only issue I've experienced is the extremely long wait times on the phone. You better expect to be on the phone waiting for at least 30 minutes before someone picks up.

Laura Lynch and the two front desk receptionist one checked us in and a different lady checked us out they were all so pleasant today thank you ladies!!!

I wanted to leave a review because I've had the opposite experience with the front desk staff to some other reviewers. When I called to make an appointment the woman who I spoke with (Nicole) was patient and personable while walking through setting up a new patient account for my daughter. We were admittedly lucky in finding a slot in the doctor's schedule and the whole experience was very positive.
