Dr. Mess and her office staff are great! Made me feel welcome and comfortable for a first timer. Really love my results (Botox and lip filler). Also went back for coolsculpting under the chin. Feeling more confident with the help of Dr. Mess and her team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mess' for over four years and have had both routine procedures as well as major surgery at her practice. She is a highly skilled surgeon whose interest in her profession is evident and her level of care exceptional. Her staff are always professional and a pleasure to deal with. The office is immaculate and the attention to patient safety remarkable. They are by far the best plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in the DC metro.

They burned my skin so bad..I couldn't believe it. And when I called and told them about it. I could hear them laughing in the background. And when I went to the appointment they kept overusing the word boujee....saying yaas girl, let's be boojee and we gonna be boojee today huh.. it made me uncomfortable. I don't resignate at all with that.

Thank you Dr. Mess & staff for a wonderful experience! I could not be any happier with my “Mommy Makeover” results. Having worked in the field for 12 years as a wound care nurse (& for a short time with Dr Mess herself), I had seen Dr Mess’ exacting standards first hand. Not only is she a meticulous and skilled surgeon but she is also an artist. She has an innate sense if the best way a body can be surgically shifted and remodeled to look its best naturally. Dr Mess’ combination of surgical skill & artist talent made her the easy choice for me when I was ready to have my surgery. The choice was so clear, I never considered another surgeon. I can not say enough good things about Dr Mess or recommend her more highly to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Just completed my third procedure with the FABULOUS Dr. Mess. Her attention to detail and procedure techniques are amazing, she's got an amazing skillset and a wonderful bedside manner when it comes to caring for and about her patients. I have been going to Dr. Mess for over a year and counting. Her entire team is amazing and customer service is outstanding. I was initially leery, but honestly these guys are top notch.
