Didn’t feel heard. I feel like I went and obviously the visit will be run through insurance only for him to tell me things I already knew. Was not helpful at all. Waste of time and money.

I had been using the same medications for years, thinking my condition was just how things were supposed to be. I wasn’t feeling good, but I accepted it as normal. Then I started seeing Dr. Chiedozie Ojimba. He evaluated me thoroughly and told me, ‘You will feel better — we’ll do this together, and I’ll always be here for you.’ He changed my medications and introduced TMS therapy. Since then, I’ve felt better than I have in years — like I finally woke up from a long sleep. Dr. Ojimba never gave up on me. He listened carefully, supported me, and truly cared. I’m so grateful he is my doctor.
Dr. Ojimbe helped me a lot, he listens well, carefully discerned description of my symptoms, did the long needed testing and is meticulous with the medication prescription. Ms. Autumn in his office is very efficient and cordial. I'm very happy I found them
Friendly, easy to work with, and meetings can be in person or remote!
I have been a patient Dr. Ojimba since last September/October. My Therapist at the time assessed me for ADHD and found that it’s likely that I have it and should consider medication to help alleviate my issues with low motivation, attention and executive functioning. This is my first time consulting psychiatric care and I was in a very low place when I first saw him. During our first appointment he gathered that I had to be depressed only because of my complex trauma background. Despite my therapist having me as a client longer and being able to see how my trauma actually affects me day to day, that it’s not just depression but also something deeper happening that should be explored, he dismissed that information and prescribed me Wellbutrin, Zoloft and a sleeping aid. He tried to assure me that my attention issues were due to depression and not because of ADHD. I was uncomfortable with starting all the medications at once, so after talking with my therapist about the appointment I decided to just start the Wellbutrin. At my next psych appointment I tell him what I decided to do and he got upset with me for not following his directions. I told him that I wasn’t comfortable taking so anything things at once because we wouldn’t be able to track the side effects. He just says next time discuss it with me first. A few months later I have to change therapists and my new one hears my past and my current struggles and also decides to assess me for ADHD. She gets the same findings as my previous therapist and also encourages me to try and seek proper ADHD medication. A few months go by and I feel like yes I’m not depressed anymore, as I’ve been taking the Wellbutrin , but I’m still struggling with the same attention and task management issues. My therapist brings up the possibility of ADHD meds again, so at my next appointment I bring it up to him. He immediately says and I quote “Well what are you saying to your therapist to make them think that you have ADHD.” I have never been more insulted and if I didn’t already have a trauma background this would have made me feel completely dismissed. Thank God I’ve been in therapy for a while now because I was able to calmly have the rest of this discussion with him while he told me I just needed to try harder to pay attention. OK. I suggest if you suspect that you may have ADHD do not come here, go to a more caring doctor who won’t dismiss your symptoms and accuse you of lying.
Great, easy-going, prompt and efficient
Skilled handling of antipsychotics management and insomnia medication.
Ojimba is unsympathetic, has a terrible bedside manner and doesn't believe in ADHD.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
