This hospital is a complete joke. The staff in the ER and other levels of the floor are rude and act like they hate there job. Then Someone in my family reach out to go receive help and they turned him away and wouldn’t help him. I have had to many bad experiences at this Hospital and I would definitely not recommend it!

Im leaving Cumberland because of this hospital. Far too slow service. Such a beautiful facility though. The emergemcy department uses the waiting room to hold patients already examined. At night people sleep uncomfortaboy in chairs until they are called back for a second or third time. The poorest functioning hospital ive seen.

This place is insane. 5 hours an still setting in waiting room. We've watched more than a couple people be taken back that showed hours after us and left people set here that should have been rushed back. The lady at the desk is a rude ignorant shell of a person and should not being doing this job. Wish I could rate negative stars. Oh not to mention the amount of infection that magically appears the day after surgery or stiches Not to mention the way they have no sense of sterility while doing IV carethey stuck my wife and hooked an I've bag and didn't use not one alcohol wipe during or after or on any of the parts and connections. Then they wonder why they get so many infections. I asked the nurse. He wouldn't even respond to me

I moved from California last December I am senior citizen I was really sick and a ambulance was call they took me to upmc the hospital staff in the er was amazing great bedside manor I stayed in upmc for 4 days the nurse's and doctor's were great and understanding besides the food was the best thank you upmc.have to add to my review again I was taken to the er yesterday 5/23 again I have to say I had a great experience everyone was wonderful and treated me so nice very good at what do thank you so much again I won't go anywhere else you all are amazing

Had a blood test done on May 16th 2023 as of May 23rd 2023 The test has still not been run I have called the hospital multiple times nobody wants to seems to want to answer the phone and when somebody does finally call me back I get the runaround
