Jenna B Noveau Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Noveau delivered our baby this past weekend and she was phenomenal. It was a long process to get baby here and she was excellent from start to finish. We were so impressed with her medical expertise and her knowledge of the process. She was able to successful flip our breech baby so we could avoid a c-section. She was great during check-ins and even late night questions. During the actual delivery she was calm, encouraging and level headed. Baby arrived safely and we owe that to Dr Noveau! We are so grateful she was on call the weekend baby was born.

Dr. Noveau's bedside manner gets 5 !I'm very comfortable conversing with her - it's like talking to my sister or a best friend! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. It's hard to find a doctor like her... shes going to be my GYN for life!!In the Clarksburg office, I was literally in the waiting room for 3 minutes before they called my name. The support staff are really nice and pleasant. The office is new and squeaky clean! Again, I give my whole experience a perfect 10!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Noveau! She was the doctor on call when I went into the hospital after my water broke at home. My birth plan didn’t go as expected because baby was in distress and I ended up needing a c section. I suffer from anxiety and hearing this news I immediately started panicking. I remember being on the OR table sobbing uncontrollably and as they prepped me she rubbed my arm comforting me telling me it was going to be ok. I went back to see her for my 6 weeks pp appt and my incision is healing great. I had to bring the baby because my husband was working and of course he woke up during the appt and started crying. She asked to hold him which allowed me a minute of peace to get dressed. And as any new mom knows even a minute of peace is so helpful. So grateful I had her as my doctor and thankful she brought my baby boy safely into the world!

We were traveling in the DC area and had an urgent issue. Dr. Noveau came to our rescue and took excellent care of a scary situation. Thank you so so much!!!

Love this woman. Her bedside manner was fantastic, she had me in stitches (both because of a 2nd degree tear caused by my child’s large head and also because she was legitimately funny). If I ever have another child I would not want anyone else to deliver.

Everything everyone has said about Dr. Nouveau is true. She should not be in the medical field whatsoever. She is very disrespectful and she isn’t trustworthy. She doesn’t follow any code of ethics. I requested not to have any further appointments with her...Of course she was on call when it was time for my son to be circumcised. I think she didn’t do it properly and I’m bringing it to the attention of his pediatric doctor to find out if that’s the case and she better pray to God that it isn’t. The best way to get to a bad doctor like her is to affect her pockets and let people know not to see her. If I could leave zero stars I would! She is a terrible Doctor.

I was in the market for a new GYN since mine retired, and I made an appointment to see Dr. Noveau. She had reviewed my history and spent time talking with me about a problem I was having. She gave me several options and offered her opinion when I asked for it. She's got a god sense of humor, which is hard to find in a doctor. I have found my new GYN.

I needed a new GYN because mine had retired. A friend suggested Dr Noveau so I made an appointment. The wait in the office wasn't bad, and I was pleased when Dr Noveau came into the room. She was very friendly and relaxed, and told me she had reviewed my records. I think she knew I was nervous because she made a silly joke that helped to settle me down. She talked about options for treating my problem and asked what I thought. I liked that but I said I would follow her suggestion. She made me feel very comfortable with that. I liked that she looked at me when she talked and made sure she answered my questions. Dr. Noveau is thorough, honest and easy to talk to. I have found my new GYN and will recommend her to my friends!

My wife and I were visiting the DC area and needed to see an OB GYN urgently and were lucky to find Dr. Noveau. She helped us with a very scary situation and was great! Thank you!

I have seen Dr. N at least twice and both times I leave feeling like crap and holding back tears. I usually am open to seeing any of the doctors at this practice but going forward I will try my best to avoid seeing her. She’s not very warm/friendly and often has me waiting for a long time before being seen.
