I have been seeing Dr Helmbrecht for over 10 years and she is absolutely the most caring and amazing doctor that I have met, both as a patient and as a former Post Partum nurse. She has helped me through 5 pregnancies, 3 of my own and 2 surrogate births, and truly has gone above and beyond in her care for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and in fact always tell friends/family that they should go to her.

Dr Helmbrecht is a wonderful and caring doctor. Many of my friends go to her and we all love her. She listens and is caring. She is smart and helpful with all types of female issues. She has been my Ob,gyn for Ten years and I recommend her to everyone searching for an ob/gyn. The office front staff is caring and friendly too.

I had a pap smear come back abnormal and was called by the office staff, not the doctor, to tell me the results and that I needed to be seen asap. A call like this should come from the doctor. I called back with questions for Dr. Helmbrecht and got a return call from a nurse. After 2 surgeries with Dr. Helmbrecht I had a repeat exam that came back abnormal again according to them. At this point I wanted a second option which I got from 2 other doctors and both exams game back clear. I do not know if Dr. Helbrechts office got my tests mixed up with someone else or if they just wanted to bill my insurance. To top it off I had requested my records from them when this started in 2013 (which I relieved and paid for) and then a YEAR later I got a call from them asking where I wanted my records sent that I requested. Completely unorganized and the office is pretty gross.
