Pleasant staff but I would suggest going somewhere else if you value your time. We waited over an hour to be seen the first time I took my daughter for an examination at Visionary Eye Doctors. We were early for our 3:45 follow-up appointment for contact lens fitting and the doctor was still with another patient at 4:40 so we ended up just leaving. Not sure what the issue was - we only saw one other patient there. Maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad if someone told us the doctor was running over an hour late and they appreciate our patience - hmm, maybe.

Excellent technician and doctor for the eye exam. But getting a phone call through to the location is impossible and getting service at the optic department was very slow. Took weeks of back and forth before contacts were ordered correctly. When we were in the clinic took a long time for the optic technician to do the contact lens teaching even though there was only one other client at the clinic during that time.
