Dr. Franklin took the time to thoroughly investigate if my headaches were eye or eyeglass related. She was thorough and explained everything she was doing. Once we figured out the the likely cause and how to address it, she didn't force products or services on me. He manner and demeanor was excellent.

Dr. Franklin is a magnificent eye doctor. I especially love my eyezen blue light blocking lens that she recommended. Dr. Franklin is impressively knowledgeable. She was also very patient with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I now have a better understanding and appreciation, for just how much my glasses are helping & protecting me. My eyes thank her every day. Satisfied with my care, I decided to entrust her with my entire family’s eye care as well, and it was the best eye doctor visit we have ever had. Brilliant, skilled and wonderfully delightful & kind. Highly recommend.

It took going to an infinitely better optometrist to realize how unprofessional, uneducated and emotional unstable this doctor is. She messed up my dilation twice, my prescription (that she refused to correct) and got offended when I told her that she messed. She even raised her voice and got in a stance like she wanted to fight me. Me... a patient. She shared false information with the optician and that same optician confronted me aggressively over the false information. I do not think she capable to handle patients. She's easily angered and offended.
