Tracy and Heather are amazing!! Always professional, kind and knowledgeable. Heather helped me with holistic health services when traditional medicine didn’t work. I am so thankful for her and highly recommend her services! She takes her time and is kind and compassionate. Tracy helped me with an injury using acupressure and cupping. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with acupressure. She is the best of the best! The icing on the cake is acupresent where these ladies give beautiful meditations and acupressure. One of my favorite weekly treats! Always left feeling refreshed and if something was bothering me Tracy would focus her attention to that area for acupressure. EbbTide is a true gem on the Eastern Shore!

Love the energy of these women and their space. They offer some really creative ways to add acupuncture into your wellness routine...super smart. I've been taking the Barre class once a week and it's been a really good way for me to diversify my body movement...don't be fooled it's super challenging!

Just completed the Mindfulness Series today with Heather. So grateful for a great learning experience! Time well spent! I also recommend acupuncture with Tracey. How fortunate we are to have this resource in the community!

I've been doing individual acupuncture sessions with Tracy for several months now (usually every other week), and the change in my health and how I feel has been absolutely amazing. The treatments dramatically reduced the heart palpitations and resolved the tension in my neck & shoulders. Each time I have a treatment, I can feel how my entire physical body is uplifted, the energy is flowing more freely, and I'm more easily able to feel joyful and relaxed. I will keep on coming back! What a wonderful Tuesday yoga class with Eleanor this past week! My daughter and I went together and class began just as the big thunderstorm hit, so we practiced while listening to the pounding rain drops on the roof and awesome lightening bursting through the windows. It was truly an amazing hour not to be outdone by a great meditation class with Heather afterwards! Thank you EbbTide for a great evening.
