List of Hyland Cronin's Reviews
Excellent service. Very comforting and welcoming experience. Attentive and helpful always.
The entire staff is extremely professional and helpful. NP Kaci really stands out along with Dr. Cronin of course.
The Cronin practice is excellent in every way. Very professional. Very helpful. Very supportive. NP Kaci was superb. Mel Goodman.
What stood out was the seeming lack of interest Dr. Cronin had for me as a patient. First visit she came into exam room, did not look at me, examined my ear, took a biopsy, and left. No personal info asked. Not sure she would even know who I am. I was not given any post biopsy care..i.e. how to care for the wound. I had to call the office to get post biopsy care. I must say that her staff, especially Nurse, Susan, was wonderful and explained how to bandage, apply antibiotic ointment, how frequent, etc. Second visit Dr. Cronin was the same, in and out and gone. Did not see her on subsequent visits. Wound did not seem to heal for six months so returned 5 months later. Again, saw Susan and the P.A., both were great, thorough, and comforting. Did not see Cronin, she was on maternity leave but I was happy not to see her. I would not recommend her. She may be very good in her field but not good at all with doctor/patient relations.
Very calm, informative and friendly. Kept me relaxed and calm.
She was gentle and explained everything as she was doing it.
The office is very unprofessional. The reception area for surgery is next to check out. That office is loud and creates stress for patients. They laughed and carried on the whole time we were there. What happened to professionalism in doctor's office? The wait was supposed to be 1 to 1 and a half hours after 2 and a half hours we asked what was going on. We were told they had a problem with a patient but again communicate with the patients waiting.
Surgery was excellent, quick, apparently thorough and healed quickly, but the process April 14th look over 5 hours before we could leave, we presume for the convenience of the surgeon not the patients. They
Dr. was rushed, stated she had 19 surgeries scheduled for that day due to starting maternity leave in 2 weeks. Had Mohs procedure which was only 1 layer but was left waiting for lab results in excess of 3 hours. This practice feels like a Medicare factory. I have no objection with my regular dermatologist, Dr Stranahan. but Dr Cronin was rushed and did not leave us with a satisfactory experience, I will not do a Mohs with this practice again.
The moment we entered the building, we were greeted with Professionalism from all the office staff to the entire organization. Our first contact was with a wonderful, caring assistant named Ariel. She was amazing telling us every detail about the surgery that was soon going to take place. Every question my wife and I asked, Ariel was spot on answering and she seemed like family to us. We than met Dr. Cronin and what a sweet, caring and inspirational lady who had complete compassion for us. She went item by item on what the surgery would entail and explained in detail as she completed the surgery. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing any type of surgery. Dr. Hyland and Ariel are the best.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
