Jennifer Hollywood's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr Hollywood for over 15 years. She is very professional and once you get to know her she is warm and caring. It helps to come prepared with questions for her as she is quick and efficient and you may feel rushed but she will always answer your questions if you have questions. She always gets me in that same day when I have a problem. Her staff is great too!

Upon arrival Jeff greeted me and his energy made me want to have her be my new doctor. Well from the lobby to the room you sit in there was no hand sanitizer, i had to ask the assistant Abby she had to go find some none on the walls or nothing in hallway. Mind you my appt was 11:15 arrived 11:03. Doctor didn't come in until 11:32. I left at 1215 my appt was for headaches that i made 3 weeks in advance. She is the only doctor in the office with 3 to 4 other patients waiting. Well once doctor arrived she shook my hand, never said who she was or acknowledged my name. Asked how i was doing or nothing. I mentioned to her about stress possibly causing the headaches she wrote for bloodwork and an MRI. Well i went for headaches as i previously stated, but sunday morning something happened to my back i can barely walk. During the session i saw a sign about please only try to be seen for one thing so i said politely, can i not talk about my back in extreme pain. Her response was, " this already took a long time trying to get your history(which i have none, thank goodness). And insurance only covers one thing now my past doctor who left the practice which is the only reason im trying to see a new doctor would answer any question! That was it no yes no whats wrong with your back nothing. She then proceeded to say where is your pharmacy i told her she said ok lets go to the front check out I'll see you in a few weeks. THE young lady said ok lets get you schedule with tears in my eyes i said no id rather not reschedule, she said OK... I then walked away in pain and cried.I paid 20$ to get asked questions, weighed and my height. Highly dissapointed. I left nicely but i will say now after calling 13 other doctors in the area i see why she is the only accepting patients. Nobody likes to feel rushed especially there first time! Regardless of whatever i go off of vibes and it was not there with her at all!

She is good human but she is not a good doctor. She search online for answers! Period!

I had 40 years living in a major city with a huge medical center, I have become very picky when screening for a doctor. I abhor doctors that shrug off patient complaints or throw advertised medicines at problems. Dr. Hollywood was thorough, recorded my medical past, got me set up with overdue testing and arranged a follow up appointment. My initial meeting was about 70 minutes. Follow up a month later was about 15 minutes, discussed the testing that had transpired and game plan for the future. Great location to all other services located in Easton. Jeff, hes a jewel if you are experiencing stress from an unknown medical condition, he brings joy and levity while you wait to meet the doctor.

Least caring doctor Ive had in my life. Unfortunate that other doctors are not taking new patients. Spends most time filling in computer and requesting excessive tests. Rarely, or never has conversation on overall patients health.

Very rude, unprofessional, insulting and scary

dr Hollywood rushed through my 20 minute appointment. Was more interests in my insurance payment than speaking to me This isnt health care. This is health I dont care !

I really never been one .that Doctor..until I met Dr. Hollywood she is the most caring and best ,never been so happy with her and the staff,

I have been seeing Dr.Hollywood for 15yrs,I find the Dr. to be very thorough and to the point.Doc.is very professional,but I like that if she finds something that she thinks should be seen by another Dr.its taken care of write away.Im a 100 percent disabled Vietnam Vet@see a Dr.at the Va.but I see Dr.Hollywood for her opinion,because I trust her to tell me what she thinks.
