I had an emergency situation with my eye. (Saturday morning at the ER in Salisbury, MD and none of the local eye doctors would pick up the phone.) Dr Dyer agreed to see me. We drove the hour to Easton. Dr Dyer was on time. He did a thorough exam. It was a relief to know that I did not have a detached retina. My husband said, “He is a real doctor. We aren’t even his patients and he came in on his day off to see us.” Thank you, Dr Dyer!

We drove an hour to get to his office. He was on time. He did a thorough exam. It was a relief to know that I did not have a detached retina. My 7 year old needed to be seen asap for a scratched cornea. I called all over and no one could see her and told me I'd have to go to Baltimore. I called Dr. James and Dyer and they told me to just head over and they would fit her in even though it was 1130 and they closed at 12! The entire staff, including Dr. Dyer, was excellent. Highly recommend!

I have used Dr. Dyer for 10 years and have always found him attentive and very professional. His staff is excellent on follow-up and appointment reminders.

Horrible experience. Being a contact user the office has one person handling them and she is never there. Doesn't come in until noon each day and seems to off for 2 weeks at a time every few months which leaves no one else to handle the contact department. Not very professional

I had an eye problem that needed immediate attention. I was able to get an appointment within 90 minutes of my call. My information was taken over the phone so when I got to the office my file was ready and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. But I was also wondering early so was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr Dyer was able to immediately diagnose my problem and prescribe medication and treatment. When I left the exam room the front desk already had my prescription ready as well as being ready to schedule my next appointment. Dyer was friendly and engaged and caring as well as professional. His staff was efficient and personable. His offices were clean and modern. I could not be more pleased.

The staff is very immature and unprofessional! Such a bad experience...The waiting time is over an hour every time. I feel like some of Eastern Shore Doctors take advantage of the Doctors demand in this area. They do not care about patients.
