Sanjiv K. Saini's Online Review Report Card

This company practices unethical billing processing. They took my sample, then charged me for it on one code. Then use another code to send the sample to the lab called Annapath. Then when Annapath got it, they do nothing and forwarded the sample to another company called AccessGenetics then charged me again for forwarding the sample. When the sample got to AccessGenetics they charge me again for the lab works. So 4 times for the same work. I have paid all the bills to this company.

Dr. Saini charged Medicare a total of $1221 for treating a condition that I do not have. There were 3 charges over only 2 visits for the same thing. I've never been able to get him to explain why he has done this, and in the meantime I have to pay the balance of these charges. I can only say this is a dishonest practice and to stay away.

I strongly believe that Dr. Saini has overcharged Medicare, and as a result, myself, for large amounts due for conditions that don't exist. I have been trying for almost 9 months to get answers from him about why he submitted vastly different charges for doing the same thing (spraying liquid nitrogen) on different parts of my face and body. I have never had an eyelid lesion but he has submitted that claim 3 times, each with a charge of $407 to Medicare. I even sent a personal letter to him with no response. I would not trust him for anything, especially when he picks up the nitrogen canister and starts spraying.

I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Saini but saw PA. The PA said not to get to know him because it was his last week. It was a very quick appointment and when I saw the bill that was submitted to my insurance I was shocked. They charged for much more than they did. And the office environment was just weird in general.

Dr. Saini has been unprofessional and has demonstrated a significant lack of expertise in his field. First and foremost, my wife has been to the office on probably 10 separate occasions to have moles removed, all one at a time. It’s extremely inefficient, but I’m sure he enjoys taking advantage of our pocketbook. He’s also removed “suspicious looking moles” that turned out to be nothing more than eczema based on lab results. Tell me, how does a dermatologist not know the difference between a pre-cancerous mole and eczema? He has also demonstrated a lack of professionalism in the office, routinely telling my wife “you should be a model” and “you’re so beautiful. You’re husband is very lucky.”

Dr Saini and his staff have given me excellent care. The surgery he did on my face has healed beautifully. Everyone here really does care about you.

Dr Saini and his staff all have done a great job with taking care of me. He explained everything and I was nervous about having a surgery on my face. His calm and reasuuring manner helped relax me. The results of the surgery have hidden nicely.

I recently had a full body check with Charlotte. She was thorough and listened to my concerns. The office and staff made me feel like family.

Dr. Saini is passionate about skincare. I originally saw him for a skin cancer screening and right away felt like we had a connection. I have since seen him for cosmetic consultations as well. His hands are precise and gentle when it cosmetics and the results are amazing. If you have skincare needs, you must see Dr. Saini.

I have been with the practice since 2005. Dr. Saini and all his staff are wonderful caring people. Would highly recommend this practice.
