I prefer to come here for my DOT physical because you get in and out quicker than anywhere else. Make sure you call ahead to check if they are open.

I took my daughter to here today around 11am didn't get seen until 12pm and they didn't send my daughter medications over. I been calling them all afternoon bout it and they still didn't send her medications over before they close. They really suck

I'm still waiting for the results for my drug screen that got me fired from workthe results have not been released to me yet but yet my company knows but I still don't know what they found in my system when I have prescriptions for such things also I still want to know what they found in my system they got me fired
