I have been a patient of Dr. Wang's for several years. Her approach to helping patients begins with setting a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. She does not rush. She encourages dialogue to ensure understanding on both our parts. She is thorough - a professional in every way. I'm grateful to have found her and BW Primary Care.

This practice (BW Primary Care) is horrible. It used to be very good. There are some good doctors, but the staff is nasty and they have some questionable billing. I had been a patient there for over 15 years. I hadn't been to the doctor for 2 years because I was healthy. When I finally needed an appt, they charged me as a "New" patient and doubled the fee even though they did nothing different or made it clear. The Practice Manager is rude and would not discuss. The tech was also rude and the NP who saw me had a horrible bedside manner. I'm not out to bash, but just want people to know how they treat a customer for over 15 years. My wife and I will never go back.
