The friendly and organized staff make scheduling, check-in, and every visit smooth and efficient. I particularly want to highlight Dr. Katie Leitner, who is an exceptional audiologist. She is warm, attentive, and always takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I brought my mom here after a recommendation from a friend. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Scheduling is a breeze and communication is great. Very helpful, friendly and caring staff always greet us with a smile and friendly conversation, and we are seen on time or sooner. Dr. Katie Leitner has been wonderful. She is very patient, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She takes the time to truly listen to questions and concerns, and makes sure my mom understands everything that is shared. She recognizes my mom’s limitations with technology and goes out of her way to explain and provide anything extra that will make it easier for her to understand and implement. When you see Dr. Leitner you know she wants the absolute best for you and will work to make that happen.

My mom was having trouble hearing. We got an appointment at Clarity Audiology and they took great care removing some wax. Awesome experience. They're great!

I was looking for a second opinion, had a recent audiogram with me but audiologist thought a new one would help with aid fitting and would be covered by insurance. I am still disputing the validity of the charge that resulted. Meanwhile I got a trial of the high end aids of a new brand. The trouble is this brand has no additional aids for partners or small meetings. She knew, or should have known that with my hearing loss I need not just the hearing aid but a suite of supplemental aids for specific settings. I was no better off after multiple trips. Then there was a restocking fee no clearly mentioned previously. One star for fair technology in attempting the fit. Otherwise not my favorite office.

Dr. Katie was great. Katie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took her time and gave me a thorough hearing exam. She answered all my questions and was extremely patient. She is a very kind, considerate, and thoughtful person. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
