AVOID AVOID AVOID. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL ALLOWED TO OPERATE??? I wish i could give it zero star. This place is disgusting. The lady at the front desk is straight out of ur worst nightmare. It gives me the creeps just this out it. They might be racist. How is John Hopkins allowing this place to exist

They don't care about you in the slightest. I have had a tough pregnancy and every single one of my concerns have been brushed aside or even laughed at. I'm at the end of the pregnancy in a ton of discomfort and pain and have not had the slightest help or care. One doctor has berated me for my anxiety which I was upfront about. Same doctor told me I should plan my pregnancy timing better (as a joke which is fine) but then laughed off when I mentioned my two miscarriages that caused our timing to be not a top concern. Something very visible in my chart. This office is disgusting.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about Signature. They do not have the customers best interest and their way of doing business is terrible. Over a year after my visit with them I started receiving calls from collections. Not only did signature not run my bill through my insurance , but, they ran it under my mothers name and her insurance. No bill was ever posted to my portal or mailed to me or my mother. The only time I found out about the bill was from the collection agency. When I called signature they told me they tried calling me. When I asked for what number they used they told me they didn’t know. Then my mother called and they admitted the never called because of “Covid”. Beyond disgusted and appalled at the way customers are treated here.

Front desk receptionist is very rude. Every time I’ve gone she has given me an attitude. This has also been the second time I have been misdiagnosed. Going to a different obgyn. Now I’m having to scramble and go to patient first in order to see if they can figure out what is wrong.

Dr Watson is horrible. I have never been so insulted by a doctor in my life. This was in 2018 and I thought I posted a review back then but it disappeared. She was awful. She hounded me my entire appt about getting the flu shot and my children getting the flu shot. And told me I was “killing my children by not getting them their flu shot”! Who says things like that?! Also when I asked questions she made me feel worthless and insulted my previous doctors by telling me it wasn’t her fault I had poor medical service from previous doctors. I never had poor service from my previous doctor. I actually loved my previous doctor. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice. She is the worst Dr I’ve ever met in my life. ZERO STARS!!!

The receptionist Deborah always has an attitude and isn't very supportive toward pregnant woman who are having trouble. I love my doctors but every time I call to make an appointment the receptionist Deborah is always in a bad mood. They should really have a kind, helpful person handling the phones.

All of my experiences here have been excellent. Dr. Vourlos always takes the time to listen to me. She never rushes me and has given me excellent care over the years.

Dr Watson is the most arrogant Dr I think I have ever encountered. I took my young minor daughter to see her for abnormal bleeding. This Dr was more concerned with if my daughter had the gardisil vaccine rather than the problem I took her in for. She was not concerned or even tried to make me feel that everything was ok. She made me feel like a bad mother. She then made me leave the room and sit in the waiting room (which made my daughter even more scared) because she had to ask her private questions. She asked her first off if she was gay, was having sex..etc. Then examined her belly and heart. She put her hands on my 13 year old without anyone else present. I'm her parent and she should have at least had me present.

Absolutely love this office! Staff is so friendly and the Doctors are excellent!
