Don't go here!! First, the place is unmarked. I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find it Because no one even answers the phone to ask where they were. It's since kind of corporate phone loop of pressing buttons. Then when I finally found it , I was told I was late by an unfriendly receptionist. I was actually right on time. But she wanted me there 10-15 minutes before my appointment time. I would have been had I been able to find it. When I was finally taken to an exam room by another nasty women, I was asked why I was there. I explained that my primary had concerns about a mole and believes I have Rosacea. While I was waiting 2 months for this appointment, my eye started to swell and the urgent care doctor thought it could be related to the Rosacea. So I wanted to ask about that. The clipboard came down, she looked at me and said I can only ask about one or possibly two things. So I needed to pick. The Dr. came in and I asked about the mole, she looked. Told the nasty clipboard lady to give me a plastic surgeons info. Then I asked about the Rosacea. The Dr. said she agreed with the primary. Do what the primary said and see her again in 6 months if it's not helping. So then I asked if she thought the eye was related. I glanced at the clipboard women who looked like she was going to scream at me for going over my two questions. Unrelated the Dr. says!! The Dr. was in the room less than 5 minutes. My insurance has a huge deductible so I will be getting a bill for somewhere in the $250 range for being brushed off, rushed and made to feel uncomfortable. Don't go here!!
I have been searching for a dermatologist that I thought was good for the last couple of years. I found one in my search but she moved to another state.I tried Dr. Germanas for a yearly full exam. Unfortunately I was very disappointing. I was ask to only take my shirt off and that was it.During the exam only my chest, arms back and scalp was look at. This was the shortest quickest exam that I ever had in my life. I left the office feeling uncomfortable and I plan on making another appointment with another doctor for a full exam.
To Whom it may concern,I was a first time patient and found this doctor through a friend who had referred me to AA Dermatology. Just not this specific location. It has taken me a while to get myself to see a dermatologist after having a terrible experience prior to this. So, I made sure to go in open minded and with a positive attitude. The office was following Covid protocol and seemed to have things together. The M.A. was nice and told me to remove my clothing prior to the doctor's arrival. The moment the doctor came in the office he seemed to have an attitude and said he needed more history from me but did not make an effort to help me get any information to him. (I had to ask the front desk after my visit.) The entire time Dr. Germanas spoke, he sounded condescending and made me feel like he couldn't wait to get me out of his office. I do not feel he was thorough during the examination. I will not return to this office and hope that the doctor uses my co-pay to learn how to talk to people or buy a personality. I truly feel bad for his coworkers, if that is how he acts on a regular basis.

Dr. Germanas and Amy Spangler, PA_C are simply wonderful. I have what we now know is severe atopic dermatitis. These medical professionals were there through my agony and aggravation with positive reinforcement and got my condition under control. Forever grateful!
Terrible. Scheduled an appointment but never saw the doctor. We were examined by another staff member My husband showed them a place on his lip that was cancerous and was surgically removed but thought it had returned. They didn't even want to look at it. My husband has always had Basel cell skin cancer and they never found anything. Swore we would never go back. Went to a new doctor this year and they found that the place on my husbands lip is squamous cell carcinoma and he also had basal cell on his cheek. Shame on Dr. Germanas' staff and on Dr. Germanas for not even seeing my husband.
Suzanne offers professional skin care service. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain. I got a hydrafacial and my skin feels and looks amazing!
Pleasant and courteous staff. Did not wait long to be seen. Doctor Germanas was respectful and professional. He diagnosed my precancers and treated them on the same day. He also explained what to be looking for in the future. Overall great experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
