Worst Experience in my life. I would not recommend Dr. Rivera to anyone. I have left 3 messages after a pap smear (which I had to request) and a mammogram both had issues. I had to go back only to find out that I have Breast Cancer. It had been 3 weeks and 3 messages NEVER to receive 1 phone call back. It was confirmed that Dr. Rivera also received a copy of my biopsy and has NEVER even called me to explain ANYTHING. I'm hoping this review helps other woman avoid the unprofessional care or lack there of I have received.

WORST EXPERENCE EVER!! I saw Dr. Rivera for a yearly check up. After receiving a pap smear (that I had to insist for) and a mammogram later I had to be called back in from the lab to get a biopsy from both. I called and have left 3 messages to Dr. Rivera's office and to this day (3 weeks later) have NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Unfortunately, I have just found out that I have breast cancer and still not 1 phone call from Dr. Rivera. I confirmed that she received a copy of the results showing the breast cancer but she has never contacted me. I hope this review helps other woman AVOID THE UNPROFESSIONAL CARE I have received and would not suggest this gynecologist to anyone.

Dr. Rivera cut my baby’s face during my (planned) csection. I had just been to the high risk OB a few days before and knew from the ultrasound that my baby was face-up, and I informed her of this before the procedure. She did not come to see us in recovery for over 24 hours after the csection, and offered no apology. I did not seek legal action, as I know these things can happen, but if I were choosing an OB again, I’d look elsewhere.
