Covid is a mess right now and this place was swamped. Staff was amazing and dealt with things as quickly as they could. There was a 5 hour wait but we're able to see us very quickly with a head Injury for my son. The doctor and techs were very friendly and caring towards my son and helped him feel calm and collected while getting cleaned up. I know they had a lot going. They were still able to give care and attention and make us feel special. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you for awesome service.

I was in this evening and was extremely disappointed. Arrived at 6:20. It took 35 minutes with two people in front of me just to check in. I was told the wait could be an hour to two depending on appointments. As I waiters to check in those who came well after me were seen immediately. I asked several times how much longer and was told that there was two, than three people in front of me. I was then told I was waiting ( now an hour and a half wait) because they have appointments scheduled every 10-15 minutes each hour. Why would you even see walk ins if you have so many appointments and your staff isn’t able to see patients every 15 minutes. There is no reason to have walk in appointments. You are just a regular doctors office at that point. After two and a half hours I left to get a phone call as I arrived home almost three hours from my arrival saying they could finally see me. That is INSANE for a pediatric “urgent care” with only urgency for people with appointments. Do NOT go!!!!

I had previously given this place five stars when they were under different ownership. We visited last night for a child who has been vomiting for nearly a week. The provider had a plan for her care and was supposed to send over the prescription. We tried to get the prescription the next morning and the provider had not sent it over. I called the office and they said they don't prescribe the medication that she was supposed to be prescribed. She said we needed to bring my daughter back in to receive care again. This was just a huge waste of time.

Do not go here!!! Took my 8 month old and check took over 30 minutes with only two people in front of me. Adults are being seen before my child with no visible urgent matters at a pediatric urgent care. Still waiting over an hour being bypassed by people with appointments who have just arrived. Not an urgent care.

This is hands down the best urgent care i have ever been to. You have to understand that they are overwhelmed with sick patients and wait times can be long but they seem to truly care about their patients. The nurse, Terry, made our experience enjoyable and made us feel comfortable. We are so blessed to have found this place.

PM pediatrics at Columbia has great staff, they were caring and professional. We didn’t feel rushed and they were very attentive.

I was very disappointed yesterday evening. Your website states that you take care of breaks or sprains. I went in this evening with my daughter who about a week ago injured her arm on the trampoline. At the time of injury I had taken her to a different urgent care who had diagnosed her with a shoulder sprain. When my daughter got out of the shower yesterday evening she came to me concerned because she had a bone popping out of the top of her shoulder and a lot of bruising. I immediately looked at it and noticed it looked different than when the injury initially occurred. I told her to come on let's go to kinder mender. I arrive at Kindermender around 8:40 p.m. the waiting room was filled and someone had walked in just before us. There was an emergency that required staff to call paramedics which is understandable. The girl at the desk was hesitant about checking my daughter in, she stated she needed to run it by the Dr., Another lady who works there came up who was a an MA and she said we are able to do manipulations here and x-rays. I waited patiently because they were dealing with an emergency that took precedence over everyone else's at that point in time. The Dr came up and did not look at my daughters shoulder and immediately told me I need to go to the ER that they do not do x-rays of the shoulder and turned us away. I only have a medical plan and a hospital insurance that is separate, but does not cover ER visits. I tend to not go to the ER unless it is a life threatening emergency, I explained all of that to the person at the desk. Every visit to the ER I walk away with at least a $1,500. I have 3 daughters who have been patients at this kinder mender location countless times, in the beginning when they first opened it was nice, but I have noticed a decline in the practice over the past few visits with my children.

Don't even waste your time going there. Beacuse you need an appointment to be here. I drove 30 minutes past a lot of urgent care just to be here and when I walked in I was asked do you have an appointment? Who takes appointment to go to urgent care? I told that I came after half an hour driver to get my sick son checked. But I was denied and was told to go to the website and make an appointment. I pulled up website and guess what it Says walk ins are welcomed. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Will never go there.
