List of Steven A Geller's Reviews
Knowledgeable. He is up to date on current medical research. Practice conducts and/or participates in many useful clinical or medicine trials. Practice is a leader in Howard County on COVID prevention, immunization, and treatment.
yes-thorough and explains your problem. Hopkins trained. Sees patients in a timely manner-also has 2 urgent care locations.
Dr. Geller listens and does not judge. He lets the patient explain medical concerns, and then goes from there with advice and suggestions for procedures. To the point. My kind of doctor: Help me but don't lecture me. Be prepared with notes for the appointment.
Dr. Geller and his office staff are incredibly incapable. I requested my father's records be released to him because after multiple calls they were not able to successfully fax over his records to our new physician's office. The administrative staff assured me his records were printed in a file on the front desk awaiting my father's arrival. My father is 70 years old. Not only does this practice not have EMRs that allow patient records to be viewed online, he had to go in person to pick them up. When he arrived, the file was not there, the documents had not been printed out and were not "awaiting his arrival" as promised. Our healthcare system is fractured, but simple tasks like these make it all the more frustrating. It has now taken us a total of 6 months to get records into our hands. Delays like these are unacceptable as they prevent us from getting the best care for our loved ones. Centennial medical group should consider contracting healthcare consultants to transition to EMRs.
I saw Dr. Gellar years ago when I was a teenager with untreated and undiagnosed generalized anxiety disorder. At one visit too see him to follow up on a dog bite, he had the audacity to say, “Fancy meeting you here.” His ignorance and insensitivity to anxiety disorders was astounding. Fortunately, I later found a informed and compassionate practitioner who was able to refer me to get treatment.
Always the consummate professional, Dr. Geller's attention and thoroughness are always appreciated. His medical knowledge is encyclopedic and second to none. He never fails to take the time to deliver the highest quality of care to his patients.
Good doctor with a good bedside manner. Glad he is in my network and centennial medical is excellent at getting back to you. They have really upped their game
Overcrowded office. 2 tier. One for ordinary folk. One for preferred(you pay more)
No problems scheduling an appointment because I follow directions. If you go to the clinic side you dont need an appointment if your in need of care sooner.Certainly more convenient then my previous provider.
Having seen Dr. Geller with some frequency, I know the kind, caring and thoughtful clinician he truly is. He is inventive and experimental in solutions he devises so that it fits the uniqueness of the circumstances. He was heavily instrumental in getting me started on a medication I needed but was reluctant to take. Unfortunately I've moved away and miss his good care. I can find no one that can hold a candle to him. Miss him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
