My boyfriend felt ill and went to right time clinic. He is not a diabetic but his blood sugar was 3 times the normal level. They gave him medication and told him to follow up with his primary dr the next day. 27 hours later and he still can't get someone to talk to him or even see him till next week.

Extremely thorough and caring. Goes above and beyond following up with referred doctors. Calls you herself to discuss lab work. Listens to your concerns and calls back when you leave messages. Doesn’t provide thorough care to patients and doesn’t listen to their needs or requests. She is a very hands-off doctor that dismisses the needs of her patients. There is almost no physical exam in a physical. Avoid at all costs.

Dr Boursiquot has shown great compassion, excellent medical support, and strong interaction with the specialists she recommended on my behalf until a definitive diagnosis was made. I could not ask for better care.

I changed my pcp to her a few months ago. First, she refused to address any of my concerns as it was an "intro" appt. I returned a couple weeks later for a real appt, still ignored but had my blood tests & xrays completed. Results were mailed within a week. But my issue for the xray was ignored, no follow up. This week, I returned for severe pain. She was like didn't I give you a referral for a specialist? No. I've called every day, she doesn't return calls, no follow up. Time to change my PCP

I left a message for the on call doctor. When Dr. Boursiquot returned my call, she was rude, abrupt and actually annoyed with the fact that she returned my call. I told her my concern and her response was, "there's nothing I can do for you". When I explained my anxiety about my issue, she was rude, raised her voice and stated she was at a conference ( as if stating, How dare I interrupt her). I'm in health care myself, I can't imagine ever speaking to a patient the way this doctor spoke to me!

Dr. Boursiquot is a wonderful physician. It seems unfair that her rating is tied to her staff which she does not have the ability to select. I will continue to use her as my primary care physician, she really does care about her patients and her genuine concern for my well being is evident. Keep up the good work Dr. Boursiquot
