Unfortunately, I’m leaving this negative review because of the office staff. Dr. Moore is a great doctor, but his staff is rude and unprofessional. I put up with it in the past but when a major medical issue came up that required further testing trying to get the order from them was an ordeal. On Friday I called (good luck trying to connect with anyone, ever!) and left a message and I sent a message through the portal (their preferred way of communicating) with no response. Waited until noon on Monday and nothing. I sent another portal message asking for an update and received an all caps reply asking where the initial test was done. I replied right away and then no response. I then sent a another message through the portal on Tuesday at 2:00 and still nothing. When you receive stressful news of a potential health issue and then can’t get your primary doctor’s office to help… it’s time to move on. I do not recommend this practice solely because of the staff, not the doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr Moore for years now. You are not going to find a more thorough Dr. I highly suggest going to him if you value your health. He listens well and treats you like a person, not a number. He spends time and asks the appropriate question and provides value feedback. His staff is always friendly and prompt. Again, I challenge you to find a more thorough doctor.

Terrible office staff and practice. Phone calls are not returned by providers after weeks of voicemails. Medication prescriptions not sent to pharmacy even after appointment one week later.

Dr. Moore has been my internal medicine specialist for over 20 years. I could not ask for a better physician or a better and kinder human being.

Incredible follow up from Dr. Moore. I developed an infection in a surgical wound. He did a culture, prescribed the proper antibiotic and it improved. A week later at 6:40 PM he called me to see how I was doing. That was way beyond my expectations of a doctor today.
