Dr. Desai is great!! Holistic care covered by most major insurance, SCORE!!! They don't just treat the symptoms here, they get to the root of the issue so you won't continue to have problems. They won't just throw pills at you and scoot you out the door. They find out whats really causing the issue and then treat it they best way possible. They are also great with educating you on things that impact your health. They offer tons of free information.THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I love the holistic approach. It just makes more sense :-)Make sure you get set up with a nutritionist too!

One of my family members has been seeing her for many years. To begin with, she is ok, nothing extraordinary about her. Then don't be surprised if she says comments like you have this problem due to old age. She even told to them you can expect this problem to get even worse with age (when in fact they were completely cured as they got older). Also, you never want to go to a doctor, who will not care to fill your prescription. She will want you to have an appointment once every few months. She categorically gave a 90-day dose medication without refill to my family member, very well knowing that they have been having the medication for over 10 years. The office does not call us or respond to the pharmacy. Horrible practice and the doctor is no good! So choose her while you are feeling well. If something goes wrong, then God can help you!

I had a bad experience with the front office staff and the doctor. Very hard to get sick appointments and I ended up in the ER due to lack of response from the office. Also the doctor doesnot refer you to specialists even when needed. I have switched over to another physician who referred me to specialists when needed and my health has improved.

Dr. Desai is a brilliant and caring primary care physician. She brings concern anddedication to doing the best possiblejob for her patients. She listens carefully and responds appropriately.I feel so grateful to have her in my life.

Dr. Desai is the best. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and compassionate. I absolutely trust her!

I went to Dr. Desai because she was recommended for SIBO treatment. It was hard to get an appointment so I booked two different types so I could at least start getting the testing done. She nor her team put that in the notes and when I came in the 2nd time, they didn't get why I was there. Pros - She will test stuff you ask her to for the most part and I did get diagnosed properly for SIBO. Cons - She and her staff are not detail oriented and I had to call back multiple times to get what I needed from them. She put me on a plan that I could not do and was TOTALLY disinterested in what I wanted to do. I ended up using a nutritionist for the actual treatment. Every time I call, the desk person sounds like I'm imposing on them and I just feel like they are either rude or NOT PAYING ATTENTION. I also told her I have an eating disorder but she still made me feel bad about if I FAILED to follow the uber restrictive diet. I basically felt I had NO support from her. Very dispassionate.

Dr. Desai has been my physician since 2015/2016 and she’s amazingly thorough and uses her education on integrative medicine to help many conditions from a natural perspective. She really is the best of both worlds: she writes traditional meds when necessary or will recommend natural alternatives when they help.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Desai. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, goes out of her way to cover all the bases when I have a question. She is open to alternative health strategies as well.
