My entire family has gone to this practice for years. The PA is fabulous but Dr Nguyen’s surgical skills have deteriorated. I am a health care professional and this was not acceptable . Both my wounds were contaminated and she was aware after the surgery and needlessly placed me on antibiotics. Her wound assessment leaves a lot to be desired. My family and I will not return to this practice!

Visit was OK for my son, but the billing Department is not cooperative at all. I needed a specific CPT code for an office visit to be added to the existing bill and they would not do it, so I can't get reimbursed from an insurance rider I have.

Dr has poor surgical technique - sloppy sterility!

Dr. Nguyen treated my mother with a medication that has permanently scarred her. When my mother told Dr. Nguyen that she was seeking a second opinion Dr. Nguyen became angry and defensive. She asked my mother if she was planning to stay with her as a patient and my mother told her no. Dr. Nguyen stated, "I'm the one with the degree". Dr. Nguyen= poor medicine, poor bedside manner, poor attitude. I also had a bad experience with Dr. Nguyen about 10 years and stopped seeing her. There are not enough characters remaining to go into that though. Patients beware.

I have gone to Dr. Nguyen for several decades. Have had multiple procedures and follow up. Always pleased with diagnosis and care, she and the nurse practitioner there are knowledgeable and thorough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thuy Nguyen for over 20 years along with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. I am absolutely furious of Dr. Nguyen’s bedside manner, I explained at the end of my appointment I would prefer to see her from here on out due to after my stitches being taken out from having a mole removed, my incision spilt wide open! I called and left a VM and nobody returned my call, I ended up at Urgent Care. I was so taken back by her response she said I refuse to see you, I have flagged your chart you can see Alina from here on out. I had canceled two appointments and it pissed her off and it’s not good for her mental health. I canceled one appointment and went for a COVID - 19 test and the other appointment I canceled due to work and her response was don’t call and make an appointment then, if your not in the hospital you have no excuse! Needless to say, I will be looking for a new Dermatologist, I refuse to be treated so disrespectfully from a Doctor.

Dr. Nguyen's office staff and Dr. Nguyen herself, went out of their way to accommodate my dermatologic concerns yesterday, in our "new world". I am immunosuppressed and 78 years young, and I did not want to sit in the waiting room. I waited in my car until an exam room was available. They called my cellphone, and I walked through the waiting room walking directly to the exam room. I had to wait, but that was a minor concern. Once in the exam room, Meghan and Dr. Nguyen showed me their compassion, care and expertise in dealing with my dermatologic condition. I wish to thank them personally for their concern and advice.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dermatologist for about 22 years. She is extremely thorough and acknowledges your concerns as well as her own findings.I've had several moles removed by Dr. Nguyen and several were pre-cancerous. I am an anxious person and her straightforward manner alleviates any worries I have when it comes to these removals and any potential findings as a result of the biopsies. I give her credit for keeping me melanoma-free for all these years. The nurse practitioners she has employed have also been outstanding.

My appointment was at 3:45 did not see Dr. Nguyen until 4:45. When I arrived they knew she was running late. Other doctors will call you in advance if they know the doctor is running late and offer to reschedule the appointment or cancel. I had to keep asking the receptionist how much longer. Never was anyone proactive and inform me a little longer. Never did anyone apologize for the hour wait. If I was an hour late for the appointment they would would cancel me. If you appreciate your time being disrespected see Dr. Nguyen.

I had to wait over half an hour to see my doctor for a minor problem with my skin. The fact that u had to wait such a long time is disappointing and infuriating. If I was over half an hour late for my appointment, they would cancel it. But U had to wait because they weren't ready. I would not recommend going to this care facility unless you would like to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.
