I’m a patient of dr Kelly’s . He’s the best doctor ever. He explains everything to me . Very patient. And honest. And if I must say say so myself handsome. Thanks Dr. Kelly for everything I’m sticking with you for years to come 😁😉

I have seen Dr. Kelly twice and that was too many. When your visit to your ob/gyn is 5 minutes and he's moving to the next patient THERE IS A PROBLEM. To add insult to injury, he used his pathologist friend instead of LabCorp which my policy covers. Now i'm waiting on Brady D Clark's bill for over 100.00 dollars, while LabCorp wouldn't cost me anything. I am used to a doctor listening and asking questions, my last one retired, Dr. Kelly is all about Dr. Kelly. Wish I didn't have to give a star to post.

Would NOT recommend. I used to be a patient at Dr. Kelly’s office but I left because he has no care for his patients. He’s in and out the exam room even for a wellness exam. He did that for 3 of my visits and each was worse than the previous and I did not want to return. He doesn’t ask questions and he was in such a hurry to leave the room I felt it would bother him to ask some questions. So I didn’t. He barely spoke…only spoke when spoken to other than “hello”. I honestly felt like another medical claim he was in a hurry to file to collect a check. I would call for weeks and leave messages and no one answers the phone. I switched and found THEE best OBGYN office and I’m very happy.

Terrible. Can never get ahold of anyone in the office, and they never call back when they say they will. Received the incorrect prescription after waiting over a month for them to call me to schedule it. Save yourself the trouble and wait for a decent offices opening.

Dr. Kelly has been my doctor for a decade. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. It is evident that during the scheduled appointment, he is totally focused on the patient before him. He is a good listener, which is important to me. When he makes his diagnosis and recommended treatment, I know that I was involved in the plan.

I have never had to pay for a surgery before hand, especially since I do have health care with BCBS. That's what happened when dealing with Keith Kelly. His office staff went so far as to tell my wife she had to pay upfront for her initial visit and she would easily get reimbursed. Which is far from the truth, quite misleading. I did not expect to see this type of business practice in Fort Washington MD, in Prince Georges County. 10/6/2020 Edit. After the reply. Thank you Mr. Kelly for thinking of my finances and force patients to pay upfront for services that were not rendered at that time. This action does not speak on care of my money (which is none of your concern) yet it shows your care for your daily profit. I get it, you may have been burned before but that does not give anyone the right to do this to a new client. Either way, your policy needs to be changed. Good luck to you sir.

Dr. Kelly has been my doctor for almost ten years and takes his time with me each visit. Very pleasant and personable doctor and staff.

I have been trying to reach the office for almost a week. I reached the office once and missed the phone call back from the doctor. I called back immediately. The front desk said they will have the doctor call back and I have yet to receive a call. I've tried calling again multiple times and cannot get through. So really I have 2 issues: 1. I was not able to get in touch with the office 2. I payed my copay and was called to the room only for Dr. Kelly to come in and give me a referral. No vitals and no test were performed. I feel all this could be performed over the phone to save mine and Dr Kelly's time. As far as how competent Dr Kelly is as a doctor I cannot speak to that because I never got the chance.

I am a loyal patient of Dr. Kelly's and have been for almost two decades. Dr. Kelly is a phenomenal surgeon, doctor and I'd go further to say he's one of the best in the Washington Metropolitan area. Dr. Kelly deserves every award and accolade he is given. However, his staff falls far below the level of acceptable behavior and common professionalism. They do not answer the phones during normal business hours, nor do they return calls in a timely manner. When it's time for surgery, they always fail to send the necessary paperwork to the hospital and when they finally send it, its incomplete and not sent in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the unacceptable office practices of the staff makes Dr. Kelly's practice appear subpar. If you can handle having to make several phone calls, waiting days to get a return call just to make an appointment, Dr. Kelly is for you. I'm writing this review in hopes of Dr. Kelly making the necessary changes/adjustments to his front office. I'm positive a lot of his patients feel this way as we've discussed this while waiting to see the doctor in the past. Undoubtedly, only a few will spend the time to write a review. I'm giving Dr. Kelly 4 stars because the actions of his front office doesn't deter me from continuing to be a loyal patient of such an extraordinary doctor.

Really unprofessional, appointment was rushed and Dr was not concerned about my issues.
