My son has a keloid on his ear and no one could give him results.. We was referred to her by my aunt.. Our first visit she was so knowledgeable so professional and so understanding of my son’s issues.. Months after injecting his ear and chest it was enough for the removal on his ear.. My son was so uncomfortable with ppl being able to see the huge lump on his ear.. Today was surgery and she was just as sensitive and thorough and patient during the surgery.. She actually had to restructure my son ear and thank God for her hands and knowledge of her craft bcuz baby my son is happy I’m happy and DR JAMES is happy with the outcome.. I’LL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER KNOWLEDGE BCUZ OF HER MY SON FEELS NORMAL AGAIN!!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Dr. James provides a very thorough examinations in any concerns you bring to her attention and provide informative and clear explanations a patient can understand without fear and provide a solution that will work to the very best of her abilities. My mom and I came to her clinic very concerned with my issues but left her clinic hopeful and well informed. My mom had been Dr. James loyal patient for 20+ years!

I have been seeing Dr. James for years, and for different issues. I will always trust her with my health. She listens to her patients, and provides excellent care/treatment.

I loved Dr. James! However, the office staff and environment was difficult to navigate during my visit. There system/WIFI was down, but there was no back-up plan for maintaining the office system to ensure patients didn't feel neglected. There was an extremely long wait time, and it seemed that the office staff weren't coordinated with each other to prepare for this issue that happened although they mentioned it has been happening consistently. I think a plan in place would prevent patients from also feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I love the staff and Doctor, just an unfortunate first time visit in which I may not return.

It's extremely difficult to get someone on the phone without having to wait 15 minutes plus on hold. Communication between staff and doctors are horrible and messages sometimes are not even sent, which makes calling them even more of a pain. Last time I went, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. When I got in there, the nurse came, took my info & photos & you would've thought she was the actual doctor. I had more of a conversation with her than I did Dr. James. I forgot her name but she was extremely helpful! I did not like that Dr. James kept relaying information to the nurse to tell me instead of just coming into the room herself. When she did come into the room, she was only in there for 5 minutes. I had to ask her to look at my problem areas in person & not just from the photos. *This is my 2nd visit & I will not be returning
