Absolutely the best! Had a great bedside manner that immediately made you feel relaxed. Explained everything that would happen. Promised there would be very little pain and he delivered. I am so happy with my new knee. I highly recommend Dr. Ajayi.

I very recently had a knee replacement performed by Dr. Ajayi. This has been a very positive experience in every respect. His pain management protocol is excellent and his surgical skills superb; as my surgery went exactly as planned and my mobility (with very little discomfort) has already been improved significantly. His PA and other associated staffs, including the the surgical center, are top notch. Dr. Ajayi will definitely be my choice when having my other knee replaced in the future.

If any one is looking for a good orthopedic doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Ajayi. From my first visit with him I have always felt at ease and very confident with him and assured that I was in good hands. Dr.Ajayi did a total knee replacement on my right knee on Mar 29th. From start to finish the whole procedure went well. Dr. Ajayi explained everything in detail and what I should expect. He made my operation easier for me knowing that I was in his hands. Dr. Ajayi is an excellent doctor and I am very happy to recommend him.

He was detailed, informative, great manner

Dr. Ajayi reattached one of my my rotator cuff tendons. Recovery for this type of procedure is long but I have hit or exceeded each of my milestones thus far. My interaction with Dr. Ajayi were consistently positive, I appreciated that he took time to answer each of my questions in detail and I never felt as though I was being rushed. Surgery was successful and I did not have any complications. Very pleased with my results so far and with Dr. Ajayi.

Dr Ajayi is my surgeon. I recently had a shoulder replacement. He is personable and caring, Listens carefully to questions I ask him! I always feel much more calm, after a visit! This is my second surgery with him. I fractured my humerus 3 yrs ago and felt the same reassurance at that time! His attention to detail in describing my individual situation and what the outcomes would be, gave me the confidence I needed to go forward! I am extremely grateful to have had him as my doctor!

I recommend Dr. Ajayi wholeheartedly. He is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He performed a reverse shoulder replacement on me in November 2021, which was completely successful. There were no complications. I had no pain from the surgery, and I had instant relief from the pain I had been in for so long before the surgery. I did not need opioids at all, only a combination of non-opioids. Now, more than 6 months later, and after physical therapy, I have great range of motion and am regaining strength steadily. My shoulder feels like me! Dr. Ajayi treated me for a year or 2 before surgery, and in all that time, I found him to be a kind and compassionate doctor, who really does listen. I have complete trust in him. I also want to say that it is a pleasure to work with his practice - the staff is great.

I fell and ended up with a galeazzi fracture of my left arm. This is called the "fracture of necessity" which means it always requires surgery. Dr. Ajayi was always professional, he was extremely capable and confident, and my surgery went perfectly. I highly recommend him for orthopedic surgery. It was about as pleasant experience as a broken arm could be! It's been a year now, and I have perfect use of the arm again. The only way you'd know I had surgery is the scar.

Dr. Ajayi did a left total knee replacement for me in Feb 2022. I can't praise Dr. Ajayi and his team enough! From start to finish the process has been smooth and professional. I felt like the team was talking to me and helping me, I wasn't just replacement knee #xxx. Dr. Ajayi explain the procedure and the recovery very deliberately and thoroughly. I was completely comfortable with the surgical plan at The Frederick Surgical Center, where again, Dr. Shepard (anesthesiologist) and that part of the team were outstanding. They spent an hour explaining the pre-post surgery infection control and pain management protocol. The plan was rock solid and I followed it to the letter, enabling me to minimize opiates while completely controlling the pain. The incision came out fantastic, thanks to PA Jennifer Gannon. I'm only 3+ months out and you can barely see a scar. More importantly, my knee feels great and Dr. Ajayi has put me back on track to participate in the active lifestyle I enjoy.

Dr. Ajayi is extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He takes his time explaining things in layman's terms and listens to your concerns. He will give you an honest answer and base it on facts and evidence. He uses his expertise to ensure you are getting the proper care and not having unnecessary surgery. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.
