Adoration Home Health's Online Review Report Card

James was wonderful and I had hope that perhaps my mother would be helped by Adoration Home Health, but scheduling has been a nightmare. Multiple times we've either been told incorrect information about when someone will be here, or not communicated with at all. It was hard to even get the appointment with him in the first place. People didn't call, or didn't leave messages, when they said they would or did. After his visit, we had been told a nurse would be visiting my mom on Friday or Monday, but no one communicated with us further about day or time and I finally called in the afternoon on Monday. I got someone named "Jessica" who was one of the least helpful people I've ever encountered. Long story short, she had access to a schedule where it listed a visit from both an OT and a nurse on Tuesday (news to us!) and said we would hear from them this evening. What happened to Friday or Monday? No idea, no apology for bad communication. She referred to a schedule she apparently has access to but would not agree to tell me when she has visits slated for. The only way she wanted to do it was to call the night before and see if it needs to be changed. This it utterly frustrating. It makes it impossible to plan anything else. If I (my mother's sole caregiver) need to be away for my own appointments, or need to schedule service visits, or relatives want to come, we have no way of knowing when we can schedule those around home health.

I applied for a Healthcare job with this company. I had applied before was offered a position then could not start. the recruiter was informed of this fact. I am now told that I never showed up ( untrue) and that I am basically never to be considered again.i had the recruiter contact me expressing interest. Be careful who you use for home care and how they operate, if they treat potential employees this badly.

The Amedisys were highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The have me all the necessary physical therapy and occupational therapy that I needed and encouraged me. They knew I could do better and encouraged me. It was helpful. I am thankful to them as my condition improved and continues to improve following their tips. The nurse that came a couple of times was also highly helpful, professional and competent. I cannot ask for more from this group and highly recommend them.

My experience having a home health care professional was wonderful. My nurse was a professional of the highest caliber and that made me very comfortable having her maintain the PICC line and change of the bandages around it. She was fast, efficient, and kept to a schedule we both agreed upon. She helped me take charge of my healing by having me communicate with the supplier to make sure I had the medication up to date and delivery every week for the six weeks I was under her care.

I had bilateral knee replacement, which is not common, and the best thing I can say is Tracey and Clark tailored my PT specifically for me to have my best chance for success. I thank them for their patience and their non-cookie cutter process to my PT.

Amedysis is a reliable home health care. The nurses and the therapists are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. They took good care of my mother. They took their time to explain, to listen and help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My mother enjoyed their service.

Very professional care. Each health care provider was compassionate and always willing to explain my concerns. I felt very comfortable and felt the support helped with my recovery.
