List of Aimee S Park's Reviews
Called Dr. Park's office re an issue twice; I was 7 in cue; when I was 1 in cue my phone went dead. This happened twice. I called back and pushed the no for medical staff. Talked to a woman about my issue; she was going to check with Dr. Park and call me back. it's been 48 hours, and i've not received a return call. I called again and left message for medical staff. It doesn't do any good to have a cardiologist if you cannot get thru to someone on the phone or when you do talk to medical staff and they never call you back.
If you value your time don’t go here. I waited two hours past the scheduled time for my first appointment and it was rushed though. I waited all that time just to talk to the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. Twice in a row now an appointment has been canceled with only an hours notice. It was scheduled three months ago and I still haven’t gone in because of the cancellations. Very unprofessional and do not return calls about results either.
I cannot understand these one star ratings. I recently came under Dr Park’s care when my echocardiogram showed a severe aortic stenosis. Dr. Park knew exactly what to do and was very assertive in my behalf in getting me in to see the TAVR team at Hopkins. I had an appointment in record time because she called directly. Furthermore, she sent me to Frederick ER( again calling ahead) for observation prior to my getting into Hopkins. She personally appeared at my bedside in Frederick the next morning. I now have a new heart valve because of her expertise and care. Yes, she is direct and straightforward, and Yes, she has made needed improvements in the administrative end of her practice. But if you are looking for a a strong advocate for your heart health in Frederick, she has my five stars without reservation. In fact she has my six!
Doctor Park is friendly and courteous to her patients. She listens to the symptoms, schedules the tests, and takes action right away. She had my father in to have a catherization within 3 days after hearing his symptoms and checking his EKG. Thank goodness, as he had 3 blockages. She is top notch.
For a new patient I, had the worst experience ever at this office. I do not recommend their services. It should not take over 2hrs. for an appointment period. I took my business else where and will not be returning to this office.
She is a wonderful cardiologist, caring, compassionate, your health is her only concern. She took care of my dad many years ago and is now my husband and my cardiologist. I would not go to anyone else.
Dr Park is a very caring and thoughtful cardiologist. She has shepherded me through heart complications stemming from long- haul covid as well as inherited heart problems. She orders and explains the need for various tests. She is ready and willing to answer all your questions. She does all this with a sense of humor and a sense of real concern for your health and your well-being.
Unfortunately, regardless of the doctor's abilities if you can not get a hold of the office, if you are on hold for an hour without assistance - it is hopeless. There is no excuse for poor customer service and the wait lengths are off the chart, not courtesy of your time, not worth it at all.
Dr. Park’s failure to make eye contact with me was unnerving, to say the least. Her “bedside manner” needs work, too. She speaks very fast, and it seems like she’s mumbling because half of the time she is looking at her computer when talking to you. The office wait times are unacceptable. Scheduling needs a complete overhaul. There were patients standing in the waiting room. I found a much better “fit” with a different cardiologist who practices in a nearby state.
The one star should speak volumes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
