Dr. Khan and Dr. Pinson have been extremely pivotal individuals in my mental health journey. Within the past year, Dr. Khan has helped me so much when it comes to getting the proper diagnoses and medications required. He is compassionate, patient, and understanding. Dr. Pinson is so open minded and patient and is an excellent therapist. He has helped me so much when it comes to learning and advocating for myself. He has advocated for me when it comes to communicating with my parents which has been so helpful as a young adult. He will make you feel understood and validated and genuinely try to help you with whatever concerns you may have. He will always validate your concerns and never belittle you. Overall, I’ve never really felt like any of my past behavioral health centers I’ve been to have been helpful UNTIL I came to Blue Ridge. They have been so welcoming, validating, and supportive of my mental health concerns and actually make me feel like my concerns matter. Even the receptionist staff are very kind and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been coming to blue ridge for a few months now and I have no complaints! The front desk is always welcoming and does things right away when you leave a voicemail. Malorie and Dr. Kahn have been very supportive and take the time to listen. Each time I come here I have been feeling better and better…I recommend it!

Would avoid Doctor Kahn (Psychiatrist). Dr. Khan, is a creepy old man that preys on the patients that he sees. Very arrogant and non compassionate. Hides behind a “Harvard” degree when making non sense decisions. Does not care about a patients quality of life what so ever. To worried about his own agenda and what he believes is going on regardless of what you feel and think. Total waste of money, please seek out a younger educated psychiatrist that isn’t going to act like they are sick of treating people and spend most of the appointments telling you that you don’t actually experience what your sharing and writes it off till the next 10 minute check in the following month. Neglect and ignorance can not be present when trying to treat patients with carrying mental health disorders . Not to mention his quarrel with surgeons of mine when I had to be prescribed certain medication to go through with surgery. Ultimately he told me he couldn’t trust me or treat me anymore. He refused to listen, gave no referral, and was totally unprofessional.

Dr. Tanner is one of the greatest therapists I have ever known. She's been helping me since I was a child and still offers great advice and guidance to this day.

Dr. Tham is very helpful

This place, like many old school behavioral health centers will be left in the dust as newer, modern organizations are bringing mental health to individuals and meeting them where they are. I am so disappointed in the type of care and concern received by Dr Change and Keysor. They only care about money. When a patient establishes rapport with you and they miss an appointment; and you leave a message telling them they owe you $180 versus first focusing on are you okay?...it says a lot. Mental health is challenging, it has its ups and downs. I won't go into details on my personal struggles but I will say this organize is scummy, run down, and cannot wait for technology to replace it with better operational models to meet the needs of modern day consumers.

Dr. Tham and Dr. Kaiser have really done well by us! The staff is considerate and work with out schedules, which is not easy! The location was hard to find at first, but it's in the "Medical Golden Mile" around TJ High, so we know the area!

Dr. Thammasuvimol is very kind and always spends adequate time with my son. It’s very difficult to find good mental healthcare, so we are thankful.

Friendly office staff. My doctor is great! But turning into and out of the parking lot is sometimes challenging.

I have received a missed appointment charge of $120, they will not give you any grace on forgotten appointments. I realize doing business and missed appointments are sometimes inevitable and I am willing to pay the standard charge of $25-50, but $120 seems an awful amount for an accidental miss, and a reach, I will not use them again for my family or recommend them because of this practice, and an currently avaluating whether I can fight this charge, although I may have signed a preliminary that outlines this unknowingly...Read the fine print of what you sign at the first appointment before proceeding, buyer beware
