Andrea was great, if you want a doctor that actually cares about you then she is your doctor. Other doctors do the basic care, not truly caring and trying to understand the patient. Andrea takes her time to understand and find a way to truly help you. No complaints at all, it was easy and fast to get care , and she is very responsive. 10/10

Dr Asokan and the rest of the staff are amazing! My only knock against them (and it’s really not them) is the umbrella CloseKnit company. CloseKnit makes it very hard to communicate with staff. This is not on Dr Asokan, nurses, front staff, etc. CloseKnit needs to do a better job. Once you get to see Dr Asokan, NP Ward, nurses, lab techs, front staff, you will have a doctor for life. As a Veteran, having relied on the VA system for decades, the care and compassion I receive here is more than I can ask for. They are patient, answer all your questions, jump through hoops to get to the bottom of things. If they tell you they can’t do something, they tell you why. They are thorough and will make sure you leave with no doubts in your mind about your care going forward. So glad I talked to their outreach rep during a stroll through downtown. Best decision my wife and I made for our healthcare.

Starting by the location everything was great.<br>Warm receptionist, great staff. They have the lab right there so I don't have to go to a different place to get my blood work.<br>Dr. Asokan was very knowledgeable, patient, taking care about all my concerns, addressing all my issues, and really paying attention to me.<br>I am planning to continue working with her as my PCP.
