The doctor and his staff are polite and very friendly

Dr. Russel was great! Straight to the point and very direct with his assessment of my daughter’s ankle. We were in and out with all the information we needed in no time. He was definitely quick to ease any concerns as well.

Both of my feet were in such pain. Like a 15 out of 10. Thank you Dr. Russell. It amazing how you fix this. This day after the two cortisone shots...no pain..I will always come to see you. He knew exactly where to put the shot.

He was thorough and answered all my questions with a clear plan of action.

I've been seeing Dr. Roussel for 11 years, for various issues from surgery to chronic issues. He is very professional yet personable, and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. He takes time to answer questions and explain his approach during our appointments. I genuinely trust Dr. Roussel and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Roussel and Michael Worten did everything they could for me despite the less than positive long-term prognosis. Dr. Roussel explained everything to me and he is one of the few doctors i see that I trust.

The service there is really great & everyone is so very nice, thorough & helpful. I am, however, very concerned that after roughly a year my doctor has yet to perform surgery to "fix" my broken foot? I DID complete physical therapy as he required. Not sure why surgery wasn't done from the start or "how long" I'm supposed to go on in my current state like this? But I'm sure there must be "some" valid reason as my doctor is very good at what he does, of that I'm certain. I just wish I knew "why" surgery hasn't really been mentioned to date (that I remember)? So after roughly a year of "follow-up" appointments, I still have no idea "what" I'm gaining or losing by "not" having surgery for this foot as yet? One "round marble-like" bone is on the side of my foot & visable, & the other is on the bottom of the foot, but not really visable. It's like I have 2 large, painful "marbles" protruding from my foot. I certainly can't live the rest of my life like this or even walk correctly without my "special sneaker" with its special insert under the bottom pad of the shoe." It really does help me alot. The insert in the shoe "does" lesson the pain," but not completely & I have no idea how much longer I have to wear it & no explanation has been given to date, at least, not that I remember, other than being told to schedule yet another follow-up appt. (& I haven't worked for over a year now & lost my job as a result due to the injuries I sustained in a hit-&-run accident & NOT being "able" to work), so the bills are mounting & getting out of hand. But I'm sure my doctor will explain things in time. Just hope it's soon so I can get back to work somewhere sooner than later! My doctor most certainly has the experience & expertise to fix it, of that I'm confident, but I'm not certain "why" he hasn't" to date? Can't walk without this sneaker & it's insert, but I shouldn't have to "forever" ("wasn't" told that I would, for the record). But I can't just wear "this sneaker & its insert" the rest of my life solely (& it's expensive to replace!). Don't know what to do at this point or whether I should go somewhere else just for a 2nd opinion? I "know" my doctor is a really good one, but in my heart I feel "stuck" in this state & don't really know "why" surgery hasn't been performed to date (not that anyone really "wants" any kind of surgery). I've followed all the doctor's "rules of do's & don'ts" religously, but the bones are still extremely painful & you can see the protrusion of bone on the side of the foot, but not so much on the sole of the foot; but they're both still there & still very painful. So after over a year, I just feel the foot NEEDS to be "fixed" somehow at this point but don't understand "why" no surgery has been scheduled to date? What is required at this point, I don't know? What I DO know is that I feel that surgery "may" likely required at this point to "finally" fix it (IF it can be fixed at all) or what the ramifications of surgery are or "could" be, but I don't know "why" it hasn't been done to date as "that" piece of the puzzle hasn't been explained as yet? There must be a "reason why," but I don't know what it is? Just want to know where we go from here? I HAVE to get back to work, sooner rather than later. The bills are getting out of hand without my income...
