I have been very impressed with all aspects of my initial consultation with Janna. The app't booking process, update reminders, and Patient Portal postings have been timely and accurate. Despite my app't falling on a day where Janna lost internet service, she was able to alert me via TM. Her approach was thorough, informed and professional. The medications she ordered for me required a second communication with the pharmacy which she handled promptly. I feel confident in recommending her services. Update 2024: Looking back, I credit Janna with providing the guidance and prescriptions that got me successfully thru the COVID years unscathed. Thank you, Janna for your skill and help.
