Cute little place love it don't feel overwhelmed

I was a client at Forever Physical therapy in Frederick, MD. The staff were respectful, kind and very professional. I recovered from my pain earlier than expected due to their expertise. I will recommend this therapy place to anyone looking for expert physical therapy. Karen Aggrey.

FFPT was the only place who had multiple pelvic floor therapists and had availability. They were also amazing. Compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. My therapist continued to challenge me and adapted to my situation when I had setbacks. I was in pain every day and couldn’t do something as simple as putting on my shoes without hurting. I’m completely pain free and we did it gradually so it was small challenges that I conquered with confidence. And, they take insurance. If you are looking for PT, this is the place!!!

I have experienced extreme disabling pain for the past 2 years due to postpartum. A few months ago I began working with Megan Warres and she has absolutely changed my life. Every provider I've worked with here has been kind, patient, and understanding of all physical limitations. Working with this company and Megan Warres has given me mobility back I hadn't thought possible.

I am SO pleased with Forever Fit Frederick so far! The environment is clean, organized, and supportive, and every PT and staff member I've met has been kind, welcoming, and encouraging. My PTA, Ashley, is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. She built a treatment plan for my spine and nerve pain from the ground up, and somehow my body adapted almost without realizing it. Her manual therapy skills are top-notch—I was amazed at how quickly I felt relief and improvement. Most importantly, Ashley clearly has a passion for both her work and her clients. You can feel that she truly cares, and that has made a huge difference in my recovery journey. One thing that sets Forever Fit apart from other physical therapy practices I've experienced is that the therapists stay with you throughout your session. That level of attention is both motivating and reassuring. Not only does my body feel better, but so does my spirit. I am grateful for the care I've received and highly recommend Forever Fit Frederick to anyone looking for a supportive, skilled, and genuinely caring team.

When I first started with therapy at Forever Fit I was very nervous and anxious about what was going to happen. After meeting Ashley and Megan I started to relax they both made me feel that I would be able to do things I use to do and they were right with the different exercises I was able to start doing things that I wasn’t able to do with caution with excellent technique from both of them I don’t feel like a prisoner in my own body. I truly would recommend anyone that needs therapy to go to Forever Fit .

I love this place! I used to go to the Rockville location and see another therapist at first, then I started seeing Kathryn Johnson. She is AMAZING! So AMAZING that I now travel from Germantown to Frederick just because of her (her location has changed). She is very very knowledgeable of every thing. I see her for multiple reasons. Not only is she always professional, she makes you feel comfortable, and knows what you’re referring to regardless of your diagnosis or your physical therapy issue. 5 star treatment, Forever Fit Physical Therapy.
