The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Dr. Kerr was very sensitive to my needs and together we came up with a plan covering all my Dental issues. I felt welcomed and respected. All in all a great a great experience.

I really like both the dentist and the hygienist. The front desk lady is super nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After years of frustration with my previous dental practice, where there seemed to be constant turnover of dentists and frequent recommendations for unnecessary work, I was hesitant to try another office. I'm so glad I chose Frederick Dental Solutions. From the moment I walked in, Heather, my hygienist, made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly, and professional while taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel genuinely comfortable. Dr. Kerr was equally impressive. She performed a thorough exam, was personable and easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. Most importantly, she helped relieve the dental anxiety I've carried for years. It's refreshing to find a dental office where you feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the experience far better than I expected. Great experience for my routine cleaning and check up. The staff was warm and welcoming from the start. My hygienist, Sam, did quick, efficient work and explained everything along the way. Would recommend. I do wish they took my dental insurance but they will submit the paid invoice to the insurance I have.

Very friendly, put me at ease with dentists office. Explained everything that they were doing before doing it. Extremely meticulous cleaning! ****UPDATE**** While the techs and front desk staff were amazing...the dentist is nice, but not very good. She failed to realize that I had very little space behind my front teeth, put a thick coat of resin on them and ended up having to file it all off, taking over an hour to do, which has left me in pain, which I never had before. By the time she got to the molar that needed a filling, the numbing agent started to wear off, so she rushed it. The molar now has very sharp edges and gaps. This is causing me significant pain, also not present before. I can no longer chew on my left side. Went back in and she attempted to fix it with some sort of chemical she put on the teeth. It took the edge off the pain, but left my cheek skin puckered and bleeding after I left. Her comments during the time she was 'fixing the problem' were 'people dont have this kind of hypersensitivity' and 'I cant see what the problem is' left me even angrier than before. The pain brings tears to my eyes, and I can no longer eat solid food. I can in with only pain if I chewed ice. To invalidate the pain you caused is unacceptable. They fitted me for a mouth guard that cost 400 dollars I wont be able to use as it wont fit once someone else fixes what she has done to my mouth. No refund iffered, and I paid out of picket for it. I am furious. I will be going to a different dentist to get evaluated today to fix what this woman has broken and get my mouth back to a usable state!
