I have seeing Dr. Yoon for many years and he has always been honest about my issues and how to manage them. I am very comfortable with him. When I had throat surgery back in 2009, he took great care for me and follow up as well. I currently see him every 4-6 months for some issues related to my bone cancer. I know I can call at anytime to see him in between appts. if I feel like I need to. I appreciate his care and happy to have him as my ENT.

I was having an issue and met Dr Cardoni. He did an excellent job of taking care of my problem. He was professional, kind and empathetic and I would highly recommend him and the office!

Dr Yoon didn't seem interested in what I felt was wrong. Very indifferent. The staff were very nice except for the doctor. I will not be going back

My daughter was fully approved for a tonsillectomy at another ENT practice when we learned the doctor didn't have privileges at FHH (in the small % chance that we needed to go to a hospital post-op, we'd prefer FHH close by). I called Frederick ENT Group, explained the situation and my daughter's case, and the staff called me back and told me they talked to doctor and that my daughter would be good to go to have them removed with their practice. A couple weeks later when we saw the dcotor for a consult we were told because her case doesn't exactly check every box, and regardless of other factors (like the other ENT, pediatrician, allergist all on the same page), that they won't do it. I don't know who didn't tell who the truth but offering to not charge us for the visit after this situation was no consolation. Poorly handled, poorly communicated, and didn't seem to have any patient focus in the decision-making.

Dr Yoon and support staff are very talented, helpful, friendly and professional. I had nasal breathing issues that interrupted my sleeping and pain. Utilizing expertise, knowledge and skill, my issues have been resolved.

I had a serious condition with numbness in my tongue, dry mouth, lips turning dark etc....Dr Yoon said everything looked normal but I knew it was not!....I begged him for a referral. He gave me the name of a Oral Pathologist. Guess what?..the Dr. has retired. Dr. Yoon is kind, has a good bedside manner but I believe he's just rushing patient through and billing insurance companies as fast as possible. He may be experienced but his skills were not at their best the day I saw him.

Dr. Yoon & staff is always great. He is very quick but also thorough. I’ve had 2 surgeries done on my nose by him and everything has gone wonderfully. They usually have appointments available not too far out and the front desk staff is very nice. Highly recommend.
