Dr.Jarett and Myra are the Dynamic duo.This team has provided my family the best dental care in a long time...hense,this past Easter week of 2026 we've placed an appointment at 12:30 showed and was told the office was closed because Dr.Jarrett had a client in Columbia.We updated contact info and rescheduled another 12:30 appointment, we arrived at 12:30 once again and the office was closed.We called multiple times, voicemails and text...no response... We are really hurt to see them drop the ball so hard.WOW.

Awful! I've called 6-10 times since 10/16. I emailed twice and still no reply. Will not answer their phones for me. So I had a friend call and don't ya know, they picked up for her. So I can only assume they are refusing to transfer my X-rays and medical records to my new dentist. I had to call my insurance company and report them. Now let's see what happens. If I hear nothing by end of day tomorrow I'll have to drive 2.5 hrs and just show up, if that is what it comes to they won't will wish they would have just sent them, because I am making noise. This messy behavior is why I don't go back after the Initial exam.

Myra here is AMAzIng!!! So kind, friendly, helpful and efficient. I had to have a tooth pulled and was anxious. Dr Jarrett called Myra in to talk to me while she pulled my tooth to relieve my nerves. Myra and Dr Jarrett work so well together and Myra goes above and beyond!!!

If you want bad work and terrible service come here! Absolute mess. DO NOT COME HERE. I had A filling that needed to be replaced, and it was done so badly, I mentioned it felt Sharp before I left so she filed it and buffed it before I left, then went to another dentist because she said that it had not been done properly and they needed to remove the whole thing and do it over. I had tooth pain for a month and a half after leaving there. MYRA At the front desk is RUDE And I continued to come back, I mentioned that she was rude and had a bad attitude and she apologized, so I continued to come back. No, my mom just tried to make an appointment for my brother and she hung up on my mom about four separate times. My mom asked if she could speak to someone else. Because it was completely unacceptable how she was being spoken to and she said nope sorry and then hung up on her again.

I’ve been trying to call the office for 3 days now the phone just rings and rings and rings and if I do manage to get through I just get put on hold and never returned back to. I am in need of anti biotics.

I would not recommend going here. The dentist told me I had to have all my teeth removed. I chose not to have them do it because I wanted to have anesthesia. so for weeks now they haven't sent my referral to the oral surgeon. She keeps saying she did but every time I check the surgeon doesn't have it. Now I'm going to have to see another dentist just to get a referral sent because I'm running out of time. My consult with the surgeon is coming up. The receptionist also told me she would send it to my email. I have received nothing. She also told me if I had them remove my teeth it would already be done and that I would be fine being awake having all my teeth pulled while awake even though I have said over and over I have severe anxiety and there is no way I could do that. Stay away from this place. It seems to me they only want your money!

Came in for my first appointment this morning. Myra at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and Dr. Jarrett did a great job on my cavity filling. I was extremely anxious and kept flinching in the chair but she was patient with me and talked me through it. Thank you ladies you're awesome!!

Was nice the first day…had state insurance. Did bitewings and sent me on my way. Enough to do a quick charge to insurance. Less than 10 min. Go to do a follow up appointment for the work and the ghost me and won’t make another appointment. Need one tooth pulled. Guess they could not do multiple billing to make money. Don’t go here if you want reliable service or a tooth pulled.
