Horrible. You would do better hiring another professional agency to come out. My father had to teach the nurse how to do their job and they still get it wrong. Good thing he was always at the hospital watching what they were doing (so they wouldn’t kill my mother) so he would know what to do. Just say no to everything involved with Frederick Health!

ICU, 4 th floor, and Hospice. We were treated with respect,caring, and professional people during my sons illness then death. THANK YOU!!!!!

The staff was great until the moment that we were filling my son's birth certificate and they try to tell me how to fill out my heritage as they see fit vice what it actually is. Made me feel as if I am a immgrant when I am Native American Apache/Texan. All Because their birth certificates don't recognize it. It is the same reason why my birth cert. has me labeled as white when one look at me, and even when you hear me speak, there is no wy to make that mistake. But in the 1980s there wasn't recogniztion of my heritage. But the RN's here are great and I don't get that impression at all from them. I will update this post with the individual's name once I get it.

Wanted to share my thanks to the amazing, immensely caring, kind, intelligent, selfless, and always upbeat nursing staff at fmh😀! I just got home from a 21/2 day visit due to surgery removing a lesion off my kidney. They were so supportive, grace filled, and patient with me as I endured an uncomfortable and tiring recovery over Thanksgiving holiday. So blessed to have these angels on earth ensuring a successful and fast recovery from major surgery. God bless you all!!

I had such a wonderful experience at FMH. This was my first pregnancy, I was nervous and I didn’t know what to expect but from the moment I walked in the door to have my baby, I was treated with such kindness and care. Every RN that I encountered was so supportive and really seemed to care about my well being. I was super impressed at how well they all helped me with breastfeeding and looking after my new baby. Literally every staff member I came in contact with was great... the RN’s, anesthesiologist, nurse assistants, lactation consultants, food service, house keeping, maintenance.. everyone. I highly recommend having your baby at this hospital, it takes special people to be so nurturing and kind to strangers and FMH has an amazing staff.
