I adore Tammy and Bri. They are such important members of my care team and I would not be doing as well as I am without them. Wonderful front desk staff and clean spacious facilities. PT/OT doesn’t get any better than this and honestly I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t enjoy their time in this healing environment.

Pelvic floor therapist was a pleasure to work with. The other therapists were very condescending and gave me workouts that hurt. Made me worse everytime I went and there was a time where my therapist got to the front entrance before me talkin with a coworker instead of helpin me schedule my next appointment. Gave me good advice but wouldn’t adapt to care just gave workouts and expected you to do them even when explaining that it hurts a lot . If you have multiple issues I wouldn’t recommend coming here you’ll leave in pain and they’ll blame you for “being difficult” and as well the front staff enjoy gossiping about eachother while there are patients in the waiting room very unprofessional environment.

This was my second PT experience and I did not know that my first experience with a different facility was not a good one until I started at this location, I just thought “maybe PT is not for me?”. My entire experience with this location was absolutely WONDERFUL and has given me a greater understanding and appreciation of the practice! The attentiveness and level of care from each and every employee was sincerely appreciated and felt. Yvonne got me on track to begin my journey of health and healing, and I am so grateful for her expertise, kind words, and great conversation! It is amazing to be cared for by a team that is truly invested in you, your needs, and your well being. Definitely a great location for anyone in need of a hands-on physical therapist!

I have found the staff to be friendly and the schedule accomidating. The therapists who I have worked with are very good. It's a one on one situation and my therapist keeps an eye on what I do to make sure each exercise is performed correctly. The facility itself is clean and the equipment is in good condition and saniitized. I would recommend this establishment to all.

Large, comfortable, newer facilities. Friendly receptionists. Caring techs for my DEXA bone scan. Changing rooms should have locks on the doors, though.

Each staff member at FMH Crestwood who assisted me with my ultrasound appointment was pleasant, focused, and efficient. The check-in process was a breeze. The ultrasound check was funny and made sure I could find my way out. Usually on medical appointments, your left to your own devices searching for an exit sign. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and I was out at 3:26 p.m.! Highly recommend for your imaging needs.
