Good luck getting ahold of these doctors. The worst out going message. Sit on hold for 30 mins only to be transferred to another electronic message requesting your information. Maybe the health care treatments is done the same way. No hands on, just electronic, do it yourself!!

Why do they say they are open till 7 pm but when you call at 6pm they are closed. Why do they not follow up when you visit at noon as my wife did as she was in severe pain, sent for an x ray to decide medication, no response even though they had x ray results but swept the follow up aside, normally a good experience but for my wife today 10th Jan 2022 a serious bad experience.

Can't get through to anyone. Even if you have an emergency health issue. Fix the phones! You're an important multi-million dollar business. The health care providers do their best but the business operations folks have to do their part. Terrible.

This is the absolute worst doctor's office in Frederick. Do not go here. They do not care at all about their patients. They are a mill and you are a number. They don't know your name, mess up where they send your prescriptions and mess up your lab orders. It's the absolute the most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with.

Love the 56 TJ office! Dedicated and caring staff members. This place runs like a well-oiled machine! Samantha Koontz is a wonderful PA and is so helpful and knowledgeable! I will be a patient for life here!

I have been going here since I was 18. I had a couple of bad experiences and thought about leaving but then I started seeing Lindsay and she is the best! Always makes you feel heard and is very responsive.
