List of Frederick Primary Care Associates's Reviews
I love this practice! Been seeing them for about 20 years and always treated with respect and much kindness! I recommend Frederick Primary Care Associates at 63 Thomas Johnson Dr to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are very knowledgeable and very kind. The people, who greet you at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. Love them all!
Don’t bother being on time for an appointment, they never are. Waiting 45 minutes and still no doctor.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible service. Doctor wants you in every month for medicine you've been on for years. Blames pharmacy for prescription problems and refill problems. If you care for your health do not go here. Its a clown show.
Staff is totally professional and knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable at my visit yesterday. Health professionals deserve our complete support for their unwavering commitment to their communities during these trying Covid times.
One of the main nurses for Dr Tammy; Kim. Is the worst most unprofessional medical staff I’ve had to encounter. After putting in a complaint about her and her unprofessional behavior I moved away from Dr Tammy in hopes to avoid Kim. Well as I sat in my appointment today Kim was in the hall gossiping about my family to another nurse and how I put in a complaint on her.. I can’t believe they allow their staff to talk about patients like they do and how unprofessional the practice has taken my concerns. I should be able to trust the practice that cares for my family, and that trust has been damaged my Kim.
I have been going to FPCA for over 25 years. They have always provided excellent care and professional service to me. Dr. Idrees is a fantastic physician. FCPA always make me feel comfortable at the doctors' office. 👍

I have been a patient of Dr. Stephen Lee for about 20 years until now directly due to Dr. Vivian Dechosa and her assistant "Paula". Paula is ill-mannered, unscrupulous, and dishonest. Paula's pompous attitude is for sure going to take such a great Dr's creation of a family practice into a downward direction. Think hard before you chose them as your family practice.
Walk in service is horrible. Went in on a Monday and saw male doctor who did not even do true exam. Gave me antibiotic and said will be all good in a few days. Woke up next morning with worse pain and more irritation. Went to an urgent care instead. Was given correct medication from them. They informed me to see primary so they could see what correct issue was. Was charged again here even though they made errors and gave wrong medications. Front desk asked office manager to waive co-pay which the office manager refused. This is not about the small co-pay it’s about lack or proper care. I plan to find a new primary doctor.
Dr Ashwal and his staff are the best! Exceptional care and service always. Him and this practice have been are doctors for 38 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Jeff and Kim Head,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
