The front desk associate Leah has been the first healthcare person in my life to make me feel seen and understood about my blood draw struggles. Most folks dismiss it as an “easy and fast” health task but this person actually asked up front if I had any issues with blood draws before I had to mention it myself. They then recommended a phlebotomist (Deborah!!), made sure I could be scheduled with her, and made notes in my chart about needing extra awareness and help. Thank you so much, it was extremely validating :)

I have went to this doctor’s office for probably close to 10 years now and it’s not what it used to be. This doctor’s office has gotten so freaking money hungry it’s insane. They seem to think money grows on trees for their patients. I called a few days ago about side effects from my new medicine. Asked if there was anything to help with the dizziness I was experiencing, only days after my last appointment with the doctor’s office. Instead of being offered a solution, the focus changed to something I didn’t even call for. They wanted me to go to urgent care (a $100 out of pocket cost for me) just to get an ekg. Y’all must have lost your dang minds, but still no answer for my issue. And it’s the same every visit “hey we can’t actually help you at all with your issue but we’ll run several tests that will cost you hundreds of dollars and do absolutely nothing to help you accept run your wallet dry, but hey give us a 5 star review.” I beg of you, please do not come here and waste your time. They do not care about your wellbeing, just the money they make.

Heather Delauder and the team at FPCA are consistently doing a great job of providing care, helping me manage specialists and Rx, and coordinating my care, keeping track of what's going on with me. A rare gem in the modern medical environment ✨️

Always available for appointments for my kids’ and I. They take great care of us and we’ve never had issues. NP H. Borsa is so sweet and helpful for me!! Dr. Vyas is also so wonderful with the kids. In house blood draws make lab work a breeze and the phlebotomist is flawless, never hurts! The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend the 63 and 45 locations!!

I am finally attempting to integrate a CPAP into my life. It is a life change that requires discipline to reach a point that the body is responding well to the machine. Thus, being able to reach out and be taken care of by someone knowledgeable when you are anxious and don't have the answers is a HUGE life blessing!!! Kelsey was the person for me. She answered and listened patiently while I explained what my first 4 days adapting to the machine were like. Then she asked some enlightening questions and responded intelligently when asked. It was VERY obvious to me that she is HIGHLY knowledgeable about this subject matter. FCPA/Privia, if you decide to adopt direct CPAP services into your portfolio, you absolutely MUST make Kelsey your centerpiece. Knowledge shared is not as useful if there person sharing lacks social skills. Kelsey, has people skills in ABUNDANCE. She is warm, engaging, and takes time to explain her answers as opposed to the often short/curt responses one gets from a medical professional. I am blessed that Kelsey entered my life today and she will be my goto contact for questions concerning my life changes involving my CPAP. Again, FCPA/Privia, don't ever lose this person, she is a HUGE asset to your practice!!!

My physician Hilary is amazing and care deeply about her patients I’m glad to have her all the front desk personnel are friendly and great

I’m not one to complain but i have been going to this primary care for years and honestly it is always the worst service ever. The physicians are completely unprofessional and the staff is just rude. I was going through a hard battle with anxiety and a physician told me I was “exaggerating” and being “dramatic” and it is just hormones. Even though I had previously been diagnosed with anxiety by a different physician in the same office. I have had bad experiences with all the physicians and staff. Other physicians refused to give my mother with high blood pressure the medication she needed. Honestly do not go here and for the love of god do not bring your children here for care!

Borsa is a life changer. Kaur is a flawless doctor. Vyas will never let a single thing past her. Queer friendly and you will feel like you’re right at home.
