I had a great experience with my new dentist in Frederick! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The office was clean, welcoming, and efficient. I’m very happy I found this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent dental care in Frederick!

Prime Dental saved the day. After being turned away by multiple places, they were able to get me in last minute for an extraction. I had been dealing with excruciating pain for days and was highly emotional. The pain had become so intense that I couldn’t even think straight, but the staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. Yesenia and Dr. Choi were beyond patient with me throughout the entire process. They made sure I was comfortable, checked in often to ensure I wasn’t in pain, and had no problem letting me take breaks whenever I needed them. I genuinely felt cared for and supported during what could have been a very stressful experience. I cannot recommend this office enough. Their dental team is compassionate, understanding, and truly puts their patients first.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Sung. He did not rush the appointment, gave us helpful advice, and was very thorough with analyzing and cleaning our teeth. He was very careful when hitting sensitive spots and worked with each of us to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We would highly recommend!
