Terri O'Neil was great ! She was personable, attentive and thorough. I took off one star because of the front desk staff. They weren't rude or anything but they definitely weren't pleasant. They provided the bare minimum, No pleasantries or even a greeting when I came in it's like they couldn't be bothered
