Gambrill's Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I have been suffering from dizziness for over a month having experienced vertigo in the past it didn’t feel like that. But I decided to go see Cassandra as I had seen her before and she was able to treat my vertigo. After testing me and doing manipulation, she found that a crystal was indeed lodged in my ear canal and fixed it within 30 minutes. I walked out with no dizziness and have felt great ever since. tonight I was able to do a full yoga practice without feeling dizzy or off balance. I highly recommend this practice. I’ve also worked with Keith who is a wonderful physical therapist.

I would Highly Recommend Gambrill's Physical Therapy to EVERYONE. When a Therapist in Ellicott City Maryland Recommended Dr. Cassandra, that told Me how good she is and the Therapist was right. Dr. Cassandra had the proper equipment to test Me for Vertigo and Dr. Cassandra was 💯 percent right when I was tested. It was definitely worth driving here. Thank You. THANK YOU, Dr. Cassandra

Dr. Cassandra saw my husband within 3 hours of calling the office when told he was struggling with possible bppv. She spent a lot of time with him, did not make us feel like she was rushing us out of the office. She was very informative and thorough. Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Gambrills since August of 2021. I fell walking my dog, and I got a concussion, with a bruised brain trauma. I was in bed for 4 weeks, with SEVER VERTIGO, to the point I could not stand up. I met Cassandra at Gambrills, and she went out of her way fit me into her slammed schedule. She was NEVER too busy, and NEVER sent me away! She has a very nice Vertigo room, with the vertigo goggles, and a large flat screen ,to see exactly what is going on with my Vertigo. She is a Caring, Kind, Happy, Honest, Hard working Therapist who always has time for you. The entire staff is friendly ,helpful and kind to everyone, even the Mean , Judgmental, Hateful, Karens ,and Kevens, who wander in the door, and they want to be immediately diagnosed, and CURED, same day!!! Probably for free too!! ONLY JESUS can touch somebody and heal them same day! If I won the Lottery I would give Cassandra some money, because she cared about me when I was NOT wealthy. I Highly recommend Gambrills Physical Therapy as They not only treat Vertigo, but all other types of physical therapy as well. I fell hard while walking my dog. I got a sever Concussion with a bruised brain trauma. I was stuck in bed for 4 weeks straight. I could not stand up due to INTENSE, SEVER Vertigo. The spinning sensation was so bad I wondered if I could ever drive, or walk again!! My wife gave me meals in bed. We went to Gambrills Physical therapy in August of 2021 and Met Casandra. She was very kind caring, patient, professional, and most of all Always had time to fit me into her slammed schedule. She has a very nice vertigo room with the Vertigo exam goggles, and large flat screen to see exactly what was going on with my Vertigo. She gave me Maneuvers to practice at home, and even called me to check on me!! She is a Loving, Wonderful, therapist!! She has helped me bring my Vertigo from a 10 "cant stand up" to a 3 "back at work full duties!" Honestly If I ever win the Lottery I will give Cassandra some money , because she cared about me when I was NOT wealthy. I would still be unemployed if she had not helped me! God has sent that special ANGEL to help me recover, and I am forever thankful!!! Richard Lacy 5-10-22

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience here. I did very much appreciate that they were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment when I woke up with vertigo. However the office was difficult to find and the front desk young man was unprofessional (not rude - just seemed to lack experience). The physical therapist I saw was unable to determine what was causing my vertigo and instead listed off literally a dozen things it "could" be (including stroke and cancer), which caused me a TON of anxiety and left me with more questions than answers, especially as a healthy young person with no other signs of those illnesses. The office itself felt dirty and outdated and reeked of artificial air fresheners. As I left, the front desk told me they would bill to my insurance and then send me an invoice once they determined my coverage. I received a bill a few months later for the total service amount - they never submitted to insurance like they said they would. I would not recommend this place.

I am very please with Gambrill’s physical Physical Therapy Ms Cassandra and her team are excellent in managing my pain and help me gain the use of my left arm and shoulder pain service I received since October - November is outstanding recommended to whomever need their therapy Thank you Cassandra, Michelle and more

Keith is extremely knowledgeable and is a great physical therapist! Michelle at the front desk is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Gambrill Physical Therapy!
