🙏🏽 I would like to tell Gentle Hands I am so thankful and grateful they were available so late at night because I live a few hours from my mother. The living situation with my mother changed instantly when she fell and we got a call from the neighbor that she was being transported to the emergency room by ambulance we called Gentle Hands approximately around midnight Gentle Hands sent a caregiver and a nurse manager to the emergency room to see about my mother. It was amazing and a true blessing to know that she would not be alone because a Gentle Hands and their dedicated team it would take me about 3 to 4 hours to get there. The caregiver Sandy was the sweetest person you could ever meet when I arrived mom was so calm with the caregiver Sandy sitting right there at her bedside holding her hand she had everything under control while patiently waiting for Me to get there Sandy ultimately stayed with mom for about 1 year until mom got better from her fall she loves Sandy so much even after she regained her mobility she kept Sandy she said she was a perfect companion she cooks for mom reminds her of her medication gets her to eat and they go out from time to time so thank you gentle hands I got so much more than what I was looking for and it was a great experience we appreciate you blessings

This agency has been absolute lifesaver. The Caregivers, exhibited extraordinary, patients, kindness, and professionalism. The caregivers were heavily vetted background checked and Delightfully paired with mom and dad most importantly they were reliable. We trusted them incredibly easy five stars. They helped us coordinate last-minute 24 hr care For my mom and dad it was so wonderful. I was exhausted a couple of times they even took my mom to the emergency room and stayed the whole time.
